Been PEing for almost a month now and decided to start a log. I have been doing a modified JP90. The modification
is only doing 2 sets of Jelqs instead of three.

10 min warmup with ThermalOn Back Wrap.
Stretching: 25 second stretchs with kegles right/left/straight out/up followed by 360 dgr stetches and helicopter shakes.
Jelqing: 2x50 Wet Jelqs. 2x30 V-Jelqs
5 min edging.
6 min cool down with something like this Nexcare Cold Pack that was refrigerated.
Did this after my Squat workout. So I am pretty tired. Off to the shower.8/17/2011 Beginning date

Good PI's: Morning wood, nice flaccid hang.
Used a combination of baby oil jelly, hand lotion, and Bio oil today instead of my usual K-Y jelly. This made
it easier to maintain my semi erection during the session and especially during edging.8/17/2011 Beginning date

Did 3 sets of Jelqs for the first time today. We will see what happens to my PI's tomorrow.
