  • A Traveling PE Adventure Log

    Its been a little over four months since I started PE and as you'll note by my signature I am getting bigger. I finished the JP 90 about a month ago and recently started a girth oriented routine (based on Remers TUCS theory) that suggests that for some people to gain length they need to gain girth. At the same time I am a guy that wants to experience multiple orgasms both to be able to pleasure my partner and to experience multiple sexual highs instead of just one shot and I'm limp. To be a master of MMO excellent kegeling skills are critical. For me, kegeling has not come easily and at this time I am just a struggling earlier beginner on the difficult road to kegel mastery. So my goals are length, girth, and kegels.

    I have put together a new routine based on these needs based partly upon Hammer's book, partly on the suggestions of some of the guys here and partly on the basis of my dick, my body and my mind.

    I have been using this routine with some fine tuning for about a week now at home. My wife and I fly west for 18 days on the road, fly home from a different city and within 24 hours go to the beach for an end of the season beach weekend with friends....About 3 weeks of pe on the road.

    This progress log is intended to log the experiences and adventures involved in doing pe in various locations (including a monastery) and closely confined spaces with my wife. My wife knows of pe, has seen me do some of my routines, and knows that I am reading some online forums and communicating online with some other guys. Although she is trying to give me space on this she is concerned that I am becoming too narcissistic. She is also concerned about the risks inherent in having online friends. And she does not know that my dick is now plastered across certain recesses of the internet.

    This will be a challenge and this will be my log. Hopefully it will provide some insight to those other guys who have to pe away from home and hopefully I can get some suggestions on how to handle some of the situations I will inevitably encounter. And hopefully there will be a little bit of humor and growth as well. I will be doing my posting from my iPad or iPhone so sometimes my text may be a little difficult to read. But I will persevere and hopefully we all can learn.


    Here's the routine I hope to follow.


    Warmup
    Multiple Standard Flaccid Stretches with built in kegels
    Become hard and erect almost to PONR
    Erect Standard kegels (at least 10)
    Erect Reverse kegels (at least 10)
    A couple of erect ULI's
    20 Jelking ULI's
    Slow Jelking for 20 reps
    V Jelk 20 reps
    Inverted V Jelk 20 reps
    20 Flaccid Bends
    Standard Squeeze
    Erect Standard kegels (at least 10)
    Erect Reverse kegels (at least 10
    At least 2 Supra Slammers
    Cool down

    I will also kegel each time I urinate, stopping and starting the flow multiple times
    I will use bed folfers whenever I remember

    3 days on 2 days of rest

    Rest Days: Concentrate on Kegel Practice
    Including
    100 rapid fire forward kegels
    50 Rapid fire reverse kegels
    At least ten reverse and regular kegels held for at least 5 seconds
    Kegeling during urination start and stop.

    Well the trajectory of this has gone down hill real fast.

    Twice today I couldn't keep it up. This morning just couldn't get above a 7 or 8 during sex with my wife. We finally quit.

    We tried again an hour ago and the same thing happened. At a later point in the session I could not get myself an eq above 1 or 2. I even decided to take half a Cialis as insurance.

    I was fine and strong on Tuesday but it was her day not to orgasm. (We typically come together about 90% of the time.

    I have not had to use any Cialis for 2 or three months.

      Well I have given this softness situation some thought. I am still nicely soft and nicely flaccid long in the mirror but my dick feels physically fatigued.

      I am concluding that my dick is telling me he's tired and needs some rest. I am going to modify my routine for the next two weeks to detox from hard working pe and supplements.

      I am stopping all of the supplements I have been taking and will reevaluate when I return from this trip. It will also make packing a lot more simple.

      My routine will attempt a balance between rest and a little bit of cementing what I have gained.

      10 minutes of general light stretching and jelkling. At this point I don't anticipate a need to warm up as this will really be light stretching and light jellking.
      Standard kegel practice:

        Woke up with morning wood at about a 7 EQ. He also felt kind of more alive or responsive to light touch. Looked good with a fine long flaccid hang. Seems like he is in recovery mode.

        Kegeled in bed. There are some reclined positions when I can feel the kegeling more so than others.

        100 one after the other standard kegels in 2 sets of 50
        50 one after the other reverse kegels in about 2 sets
        About 10 each of longer held regular and reverse kegels. (Standard kegels held maybe 2-5 secondS each and most of the reverse kegels held for an average of 5-7 seconds)
        About 5 minutes of quiet concentration in locating and eliciting subtle pc muscle movement. Don't know whether these were forward or reverse, but I was able to sense some movement in different areas of the periniunm.

        Did fowlfers on and off in the night.

        Will do light stretches and jelks later.

        For the trip I have decided to pack some green tea capsules, l'Arginine, and cable clamp and penis protector sleeve for potential use in maybe a week if things stay positive.
        The other pe supplies I am packing are a new bottle of astrolube natural for jelking, a carry on size container of the EVO I made,
        several green tea bags, and the Hammer and Kessling books as ebooks on my phone and iPad. I am going to google for adult sex stores near our route tomorrow to try find a small simple cock ring for experimental use.

            I started the increases a little more than a week ago and in retrospect should have probably done it a little more gradually. I guess the mantra should be moderation but there are times I get caught up in the moment and the strong positive feelings of my hand working a hard cock and appearing to make progress.                 Just finished the rest of my adjusted routine.

                About 2 minutes of very light stretches, not pulling very far at all..
                20 light touch jelks at about 30% erection level
                Also have been doing the restroom/bathroom light pulls and and kegel practice
                Enough PE for my dick today.

                Will now rebottle the supplements that I packed yesterday for the trip. I guess I'll put the cable clamp and protector in checked luggage and the lube and evo in the quart plastic bag for liquids.

                      Two hours before leaving for airport.
                      Woke up in the middle of night with an erotic dream and a 6 erection.
                      Went back to sleep but did not sleep well.

                      Did bed kegels.
                      At least 100 quick regulars and 50 or 60 reverse kegels
                      Did about 5 or 6 of each holding slightly longer.

                          Moral of today's story. Don't put your wallet in the trash before you are about to take a flight and two pack your EVO carefully.

                          Almost missed the plane because my wallet was in the trash. Made it with 15 minutes to spare. The EVO must have opened in the checked luggage. Luckily it did not speed much beyond the toiletries bag. The rental car smells of EVO and so does the place we are staying.

                          Was successful atvdoing airline kegels while in flight. Actually was able to do 4 or five regular kegels and hold them for maybe 7-10 seconds each...a record ...and some reverse kegels for maybe as much as 20 seconds.

                          Also continued doing quiet concentration trying to pick up subtle movements in my pc muscle. And I found several in several different pc muscle locations.
