    I noticed that all areas in my life where I have experienced tremendous success are areas where I keep a 'blog' or diary. So this is the start of my PE diary!
    My current stats are:
    16cm BPEL (6.3") 15cm 5.9" (NBPEL)
    12cm EG (4.7") diameter of 4cm (1,6")
    Im actually 16.4cm in EL (measuring tape has a beginning of 4mm ) but im just counting the numbers on the measurement tape.
    I'm pretty much exactly average, and Im here to become more than that.
    My goal (for now) is to achieve the following stats in two years from now:
    18cm BPEL (7")
    14cm+ EG (5,5")
    Increase diamater to 4.5cm at least

    Right now my workout looks something like this (5days in a row under the shower, 2 days rest)
    5-10min of hot washcloth warmups
    10min of warmin stretching, slapping
    100wet jelws
    90vjelqs
    50 dry jelqs
    some light stretching
    warming down for 5-10min

    + non stop kegels for 30 to 40minutes (usually during class lol)

    Let the growing begin!


    Just a side note, for everyone reading. Im extremely educated regarding sex (experience and literature). I literally have over 40GB of books, videos and tapes regarding better sex, sexuality,, female anatomy etc. Anything to make sex a blissfull experience. Besides this I have dozens of books in my real life library so if you have any questions, feel free to ask them here

    Had to hurry it up a bit today. Anyway, warmuped up for like 6-7minutes, did some good stretching and warming up followed by 100wet jelqs, 90 quick vjelqs and 50dry jelqs. Should slow it down next time though

      A nice session but I do realize I need to start taking things regarding jelqing more seriously. Its still half assed, under the shower. It woul probably be a good idea to just set 45min aside every night to do a really good jelqing session in a chair. I also want to stay hard for 45min+ at least and make sure I can 100% control my ejaculations. Ill be working this in my routine soon!

        Had a really good session. Took my time, and really felt my member in perfect state. Was around 60% erection during main exercises which seems to be a good erection level overall. Also started yesterday exercising edging when jerking off in order to ultimately increase my 'sexual stamina'. I edged for 20minutes before I ejaculated. What was interesting was that around 16/17minutes I became completely flaccid without any apparant reason.

          Session todays was not really good but still okay. Did my exercises @ 40-50% erection level which is too low I've found. Also did some edging yesterday, Ill be increasing my sessions 1 minute+ everyday, my goal is to be able to stay rock hard for 45min+, and control my ejaculation. I stayed rock hard yesterday for 21min while continiously edging. In addition I did 45min of non stops kegels.

            Decided not to do a session this day because I felt my penis wasn't recovered yet. I did however do 1hour of continious kegels.

              Had a really good session! Did some extensive warmups, including 200x slapping on each thigh and fuck, Ive never seen it bigger in flaccid state! Did 125wet jelq,s 90vjelws and 75dry jelqs with a warming down. Def. a good session!

                Both times good sessions. THough I should recheck my form on the Vjelqs and do them slower. Ill be rating my sessions based on the RPE scale (rate of perceived effort) which is to say on a scale form 1 to 10, 10 being 'exhausted' and having a very intense session and 1 doing nothing Ill rate each session from now on.

                  Had a good session, erection level around 60% which I think is ideal. However, what is somewhat weird is that normally my penis is quite 'full' and big after a session and stays that way for a while whereas now it quickly lost size and went small. Decided to continue my current routine for one more month and then start with Rammln's routine.

                    Did edging for 25min+ yesterday and went well. Staying extremely hard the entire time with a huge explosion after. Only thing Im noticing is that my morning woods are absent or very weak usually especially since I started jelqing seriously and edging. Is this the penis taking a rest to restore cells? Makes sense because in the mornings my fellow does feel somewhat 'tired'.
