    This seems like a pretty cool idea and I'm on this forum constantly throughout the day so might as well make the most use of my time here...

    Gonna have to try to remember some of the stuff I started with because I'm 3 weeks in and my memory isn't so great...I'll give it my best shot...

    Prior to PE, I had a very healthy sex life. Been with my wife for 11 years and even to this day, we still had sex just as good as when we were first together. With three kids running around the house, it's harder to find time to do it, but, on average, we probably had sex about 3-4 times a week, not counting when it's that time of the month. The reason I found out about PE was because I had been smoking a lot of weed around that time (averaging one session a night) and it seemed like it was getting harder for me to get an erection. I was concerned the weed was making me impotent and I googled for more information and one thing led to another and I ended up reading about jelqing. Lurked around forums and soaked up as much info as I could...to get ready to start my journey!

    Started PE on 8/27/2011.
    Starting stats:

    BPEL - 6"
    NBPEL - 5"
    EG - 4.25"

    For the first week or so, I didn't really have a set routine. Just warmed up with a hot/warm towel for a few minutes, then I would stretch straight out, for a count of 30. 5 to 10 reps of this. Then jelqing. I didn't want the mess of lube and the site I had googled for jelqing wasn't very informative...so not knowing what I was doing, I ended up doing the wet jelq method, only dry...with no lube. Luckily, I have soft hands, and I went very easy, so there wasn't any pain or injury. I don't recall doing any kegelling. I had a LOT of trouble getting any type of erection during jelqing and I had to rely heavily on porn. It was so bad, I was only able to get 10 strokes in before going completely limp and having to use porn to get it back up. Jelq sessions were frustrating. I would get maybe 50 strokes in before calling it quits and pretty much just masturbating to the porn and ejaculating when I was done. I also mostly skipped warm ups during this time because of the time and also because I had read on some other forums that warm ups were not necessary.

    In spite of this, my EQ went up and I noticed some initial size increases (most likely due to EQ).

    9/8/2011...a day that will stand the test of time. I started doing JP's 90 day program AND I told my wife I was doing PE. It would have been too much of a hassle to do it in secrecy and we are very open with each other about everything. Telling her about PE actually made us even closer and lifted a veil that prevented me from talking to her frankly about penis size, expectations, etc, etc. I also gave up porn. Cold turkey.

    I learned how to do a wet and vjelq, got some proper lube (baby oil) and set my mind to doing a program. I also started warming up for about 5 minutes with dipping my penis in a hot cup of water. However, this was uncomfortable and I never really felt like I got a good warm up. I did my stretches and when it came to jelqing, I would jelq in front of my wife and use her for "stimulation" whenever I needed some assistance with erection levels, always trying to keep it between 40-80 percent. My first session like this was the best ever. I was able to do the entire routine without trouble and my penis was absolutely engorged afterwards. To "celebrate" my achievement, the wife and I had sex and she immediately was able to tell the size difference. This just further bolstered my goal to obtain a bigger penis.

    I continued like this for the first 5 days before my two off days, sometimes having sex right afterwards, sometimes not. No porn, and no need to masturbate because the wife was all over me now.

      I felt good about my routine, but my warm up (or lack of) was concerning me. The hot cup of water just wasn't doing the trick...mainly because it was awkward to stand just right to dip my penis in and also because of my short flaccid it was impossible to get all of it in. I knew about the rice sock but I thought it would be hard to hide it with my kids running around and sometimes cooking stuff in the microwave. I could just imagine my 16 year old stepson asking "uh...what is this thing doing in the microwave?". But, then I found out that a rice sock is actually a very common method for heating injuries, etc. So, now that I had an alibi, I decided to switch over to a rice sock instead. My god, what a difference! No more awkward standing, leaning over, pulling my dick into a cup of water and standing there for 5 minutes. Now, I just sit down, wrap my junk (or just place the sock on top when it's too hot) in it and watch some youtube videos or whatever. Because it was comfortable, I extended my warm up to 10-12 minutes.

        Last day of week 2 doing JP's 90 day program.

        SEX! (gonna start using this progress log to track how much sex I'm having as well since wife and I are curious)

        Had sex with the wife around noon. I was instantly rock hard and kept it very hard even with her on top (a position that used to reduce my EQ a bit), and without a condom, was able to last long enough for my wife to have two orgasms, something I don't know if I've ever been able to do in the past without wearing a condom. In fact, I haven't worn a condom in quite some time...because I last long enough without it and my wife is getting sore. Of course, now we're worried about getting her pregnant so she's looking into birth control.

        That night, did a full 12 minute warmup with rice sock (man I shouldv'e been doing this the entire time!)
        Followed program ...but I've been throwing in one extra stretch, doing the straight out stretch twice (and left, up, right once).
        Also been doing some reverse kegels throughout the day and only doing 100 regular kegels during my stretches and no more than that. Been trying to NOT kegel during sex and has increased my stamina considerably. I've known about this for a while and never had much success with not kegelling in the past because I needed to kegel to maintain a good erection, but since PE and my increased EQ, I don't need to kegel to keep a rock hard erection so it's much easier. Also think the reverse kegels make it easier to not kegel subconsciously as well.

            SEX!

            Back to work. Same routine as last week with some diffs.
            Heated rice sock for 45 s instead of one minute (was too hot!)

            Did session without wife's assistance.

            Wet jelq set 1 - started with 70% erect, made it to end at 40%.
            vjelq set 1 - started with 70 ended with 40.

            30 seconds of rest and attempting to get erect

            Wet jelq set 2 - bit more difficult...started with 70 ended with 30-35.
            Vjelq set 2 - more difficult...starting to feel some "pressure" at base (fatigue). Lessened grip. Had to stimulate after 10 and 20 reps.

            Same rest sequence

            Wet jelq set 3 - had to stimulate after 25. Ended with less than 30.
            Skipped last vjelq set due to work.

            Was a bit concerned about the pressure/fatigue but everything has been fine all day so far. No turtling.

              SEX! Three times by noon. Erection level/stamina great.
              Flaccid seems to be hanging longer and thicker all day, even after all the sex.
