    Hello I’ve been slacking recently about starting but now it’s different I’m going to be disciplined and I started JP90 last night. For flaccid I think I want to grow an inch or two. And for my bpel I want to grow like at most I want to be 8 and at least I want to be 6.9. I want to grow an inch and I am dedicated to do so. I’ve been in a bad space lately and I want to do this right. If you guys can give me advice that’ll be great. I also want to know if I should do PE in the morning or night because I’m not sure. Im also 5.8 NBP and 6 Streched flaccid. My flaccid length is 3.5 and my flaccid girth is 4 inches.

    I started with JP90 at 9:30 PM last night. I’m skeptical about doing kegels with stretching so I’m deciding that I’m going to need to stop doing kegels while stretching. I also bought and all day stretcher to cement my gains because I really want my flaccid to grow. I’m thinking about starting PE in the morning because I would like to see my Flaccid big all through out the day. So I’m starting 3 days on 1 day off until I’m used to it.

    10 minute Warm Up
    5 minute stretching with kegels
    150 jelqs I used Vaseline because I haven’t bought an lub
    5 minute warm down

    I tried to edge but my penis was not getting hard enough. I took L-citrulline but I think I have to take L-arginine instead. Any suggestions?

      10 minute hot shower
      150 jelqs which are extremely hard to do because my penis doesn’t want to get semi hard
      10 minutes of stretching
      10 minutes of warming down with heating pad

      I don’t know if I have EQ problems but my penis can’t get all the way erected so I’m going to take tomorrow off and start with 2 days on and one day off. But I really feel like it’s mental.I’m used to it. Im also going to start running in the morning and night to increase blood flow.

      I bought L-arginine, L-Lysine, and coconut oil for myself. But I heard that L- Citruline works better is that true?

      Nevermind about the EQ problem I got hard this morning so I’m going back to 3 or 5 days with a 2 day rest

          I woke up today with the hardest morning wood I’ve had in a while and I’m wish I could measure it even though I’ve only been at it for 2 days lol. My penis is ruler shy lol every time I try to measure I go back down fast any solutions?

              Okay its been a week and i measured this morning day I am amazed
              I measure at 6.2 in BPEL and 4.9 EG. what really amazed me was the fact that my BPFSL was 6.5 inches. Ive only been at this for a week its crazy that this works.

              12 min warm up (100 kegals)
              15 mins streching my penis was plumped
              15 mins jelqing (200)
              10 minute edging with climax

              PE works. I’m sooo happy I found this!

                  I have positive PI then because besides the measurements I have a bigger flaccid so I’m going to measure it because it feels heavier and looks bigger and I have Morning wood every morning

                    That's great you should probably check your PIs every 2 weeks to see if your routine needs adjustment.
