    Hey guys im starting PE today the 25th of November 2008:

    My Initial Stats (all bone pressed)

    EL: 6.9"
    EG: 5.1"

    FL: 4.1"
    FG: 3.8"

    My long term aim is to be 8X6 (like most others)

    Short term however I want to crack 7inch in EL and 5.5 in EG.

    My first session consisted of the following:

    -8 min warm up
    - 8 min stretch - left right up and straight and 25 kegels and 2 sets of 10 circles
    - 16 min jelqing
    - 100 kegels

    side effects after 1st session
    - turtling a bit - is this normal after a session?
    - shaft was dark pink
    - penis felt a bit sore after, more a stretched feel i guess haha.
    - i noticed that pubic hair got in the way during jelqing so im going to trim them down

    can anybody comment on my beginning routine? is it too little or too much. if someone would help that would be great. Im doing this M W F and will add a day and more minutes to my jelq's as time goes on. I might actually decrease my jelqing time, 16 min might be too much for the start.

    Being new to PE I would not keep track of my jelqs based on minutes. When you first start PE, your tool ususally gets over aroused and you have to back it down. I would go for reps (3x50). Just like Jonpops begginer's routine. If you don't you may only get 70-80 jelqs when you should be hitting 150 if you just base it off time.

    Side effects seem normal....

      it seems to me like you're starting off very aggressively. is this just me?
      Starting - 5.75" BPEL x 5.5" girth
      Current - 7.25" BPEL x 5.5" girth
      Goal - 8" BPEL x 6" girth

        yeah ithink i might have started too aggressively. just a quick question is one rep considered jelqing with both the left and right hand? so really i should be doing like 150 reps which is really 300 jelqs??

          Im considering switching over to Jon's beginners guide however just 2 questions
          - is 1 hour too long per day and 5 days a week too much for a beginner???
          - is one rep considered a jelq with each hand.
