    Day 1: 10/18/2011

    After reading the forums did my first of JP's 90 day routine (apparentely I'm a 6:00), was a lot of fun and I think I've got the instructions down pretty well.

    Initial Measurments

    BPFSL: 5.25"
    NBPFSL 4.5"
    FG: 4.2" (Measure at the part of my dick that changes color for consistency)

    BPEL: 6"
    NBPEL: 5.5"
    EG: 4.8"

    This is my first time measuring, and I suck breaking it down into small fractions, but I think I did it pretty accurately. These are all the measurements I need, right? I'm mostly concerned with erect length and girth, because when am I ever gonna fuck a girl with a soft penis?

    3 Month Goal Mesurment

    BPEL: 6.25"
    NBPEL: 5.75"
    EG: 5"

    I feel like that's pretty easy, adding a good quarter inch in length and rounding out to 5" girth.

    Final Goal Measurment

    BPEL: 7.25"
    NBPEL: 7"
    EG: 5.5"

    I plan on doing measurements weekly.
    Beginning:
    BPEL: 6" / NBPEL: 5.5" / EG: 4.8"

    Current:
    BPEL: 6.125" (.125") / NBPEL: 5.625 " (+.125") / EG: 5" (+.2")

    Final Goal
    BPEL: 7.25" / NBPEL: 7" / EG: 5.5"

    Second day today. Unfortunately I gave into the horniness at the end of the session before warm down and masturbated, but still did the warm down afterwards. Will try harder next time to avoid. Last time I had to watch some porn to get to 60% for the jelqing, so i'll have to find a happy medium for that.

    I think I may need to buy different lube. I'm using KY and it's ok, but it requires a lot of re-lubeing

    I don't have the supplements listed on JP's thread, but I do have the multivitamin, and I have L-Lysine, it's just 1000mg instead of 500mg, so I need to ask about that before starting to take too much of that.

      I sometimes give into the horniness also; so, you are not alone. I also have issues with staying hard enough (sometimes I have to watch some porn to help) I'm using Astroglide. I still have to relube but I like it better when wet. To me KY tends to not last as long.

      How do you find the routine? Don't know if I'm not doing it right but it seems reall easy to me. But I have been pulling my pud for decades.

        I've dabbled with jelquing a bit before, like trying out a session, but I like how serious it is and how it's an actual routine. I never know if I'm using enough pressure, I go hard, but not so hard that it's uncomfortable. The warming up is the hardest part for me since I live with apartment mates, and they get curious wondering why I go to the bathroom to warm up a washcloth so frequently :P

          I use a rice sock. I heat it up and apply it, then browse the forum for 10 minutes. You could use one of them and tell your mates that you have a back ache. Or maybe use a heating pad?

              Took my two day break Thursday and Friday due to work hours, so now I'm back on track. I masturbated after the workout before the warm down again, I need to find a way to get to 60% without any visual simulation.

                WEEKLY MEASUREMENT


                Current as of 10/28/11

                Thoughts:

                I am surprised that I've gained so quickly! And I don't think it's because of anything like mood or how turned on I am when I measure, because it's extremely cold in my room right now and I still managed to get harder than I did before. Right now, I think it may be that the exercises are just increasing the blood flow to my erection, not really penis enlargement per say, but gains are gains! My non erect penis is also noticeably longer and girthy-er.

                Issues:

                Warming up and down is the most annoying part of the routine, I need to make a rice sock. I also tend to forget to do my 100 kegels, so I need to make a routine out of that as well.

                  Do 25 kegels while doing stretches in each of 4 directions (JP90 routine). Rice sock is the way to go. I heat it up and read the forum during the warm up and warm down.

                    And hold the kegel when you jelg it does wonders on the blood movement and pc muscles.

                      I do that currently, but I usually forget to do them on my off days. I actually thought that you were supposed to do 100 extra OUTSIDE of the stretching, jelquing, etc. Even so I need to remember to do them on my off days.
