    Alright well I've been doing the JP routine off and on for the past month or two and really enjoying what its done for me. Better flaccid hang and some girth gained around the base.
    I'm starting this log to help me regular and checking back on my progress. I hope to get some pics up tonight after class so I can properly gauge any progress I make.

    I'll be starting off by just trying to complete the JP 90 Day routine and will be incorporating a Bathmate into it a couple times a week as a warm up/down (keeping it light to start so won't be everyday).

    My starting stats are
    BPFL 5.5/ FG 4
    BPEL 7.5/ EG 5

    I'm looking to gain some girth first and a bit of length would be nice too. For now though I just want to make this a habit/part of my routine.

    Last night I did JPs routine and plan to do it again tonight.

      Alright well I did my workout last night and then had some fun with the girlfriend. Great workout with lots of edging but I think the guy's a little tired today since I didn't get my usual morning wood. Not POSITIVE since I had to be up really early and kind of hit the snooze a few times, but just to be safe.

      Tomorrow night I'll do the workout and hopefully get a chance to get some pics up (want to be able to look back on this log and see the progress).

      S'funny how hard it is to not workout once you have it in your mind that you're going to, but I guess abstaining today will make me even more eager tomorrow.

          Did my routine earlier and then had a pretty long sex session with the lady. Units feeling great, had a SUPER good erection during sex. That and lasting longer is worth the exercise time alone.
          Think I'm going to remeasure in the new year to see how things are going and not until then.

            My morning class was cancelled today and I woke up with wood so I did some edging for about 30 mins before getting dressed in the morning.
            Was planing on pics but they'll have to wait, I'm exhausted and need to get some sleep so I'm gonna just leave it as is for today. Want to start slow anyways.
            Just writing to check in and try and keep consistent.

            Think I may make a checklist in posts starting tomorrow to properly track PIs and such for future reference or at least until I find out what works for me.

              Alright well I took two extra days off because of midterms and work (no time for PE ) but have been back at it the last couple. Did JPs routine and and then edged for a solid 30 mns. Nothing to report but I definitely felt like the little general missed the work-out on the days off. Depending how he seems tomorrow I may just keep training through and not take a day off.

              Gonna try and find that check list too, I think it was Danner I saw with a good one on his log.

                Last night I did JP's routine and then had sex for about an hour. It was great! I managed to have one non ejaculatory orgasm and didn't blow my load afterwards. I didn't really feel the need. I haven't had a non-ejaculatory orgasm in a while and I attribute it to the new exercises.

                Going to do my workout in a minute (Jps routine) and then take tomorrow off unless I wake up with a raging hard on.

                  did the regular workout yesterday and just did JPs again today and added a little extra stretching in. Then I edged to porn for about 30 mns and then hoped in the shower with the bathmate for about 10 minutes and then had a regular hot shower but went slow so my guy could relax. Overall a great workout!

                  Really good EQ and control throughout first time I got really good suction with the bathmate in the shower. I'd tried it in the tub a couple times but had trouble doing it standing. No worries now though!

                  No turtling or any negative PIs which I was a little worried about since I could really feel the pressure while edging and jelqing. The only time i went "too hard" (when i was trying it off and on a few months back) I got a couple of the red dots on the glans.

                  Anyways yup. Things seem to be going well, can't wait to measure in the New Year and see if I gain anything!

                  SOOoooo tempted to measure right now, but waiting is half the fun and I think it's helping keep me motivated.

                        I only did my routine once during the past week and had sex once as well (not counting the hungover quicky before work at 7:30 am on Saturday).
                        Did the routine tonight and I'm back in the saddle.
                        No bad PIs all good and decent routine. Took it alittle easier to give the fella a chance to catch up.

                              Have been doing more like 2 days on two days off the past week but hopefully I can keep going and add some more days to the routine. Really wanna stick with this.
                              So far so good but adding another day a week would be ideal.
