Finally got kegelling every other day back on track. Continuing with JP 90, possibly over training. Going to keep my eye on things for a day or two and see. May then reduce things a bit and see what effect that has.
Also possibly jelquing too flaccid (somewhere beween 20-50% erect usually) but we will see.
Doing ballooning (well not strictly.. just 'not finishing') as a warm down every other evening. Will see what happens.

You could always switch to the Cusp 90 day workout. You eat cookies and french fries whenever possible. It won't do anything for your dick but it tastes really good. ( keep working; you're on the right track)

@CUSP82 - I do - ate a couple of doughnuts in the office today. Fortunately I love the gym too. I'm a bit heavier than usual atm but according to a health machine at work I'm at 7.5% body fat. Win.
I have come to the conclusion that I was jelqing too hard.. muppet. I'm going to continue with the same routine done more softly. If in a week or so my EQ hasn't improved I'll take a break or shorten the routine. I'm also not going to use lube for jelqs anymore eitehr as it tends to dry up and is annoying. I have got the kegels back on track. For the rest of this week I will do 2 x sets of 5 seconds on, 5 seconds off.. then 1 x set of 10 seconds on and 5 seconds off (on alternate days) for both kegels and reverses.
Decided to use vaseline as lube for jelqing and it seems good. Going to use KY for edging or ballooning.
Took a 3 day weekend because my dick had been feeling tired and was really limp during jelqs.. much better this week. The rest must have done some good.

This week was slow. In fact I only managed Monday due to Tonsilitis, which is fortunately clearing up now thanks to the Drs. It's a shame, I've had loads of time but tiredness, muscle aches, being hot/cold and not eating aren't likely to make for a good pe session.
Will count next monday, 19th, as my start date for next month.
Edging hasn't happened much too. I'm aiming at about 40 minutes which means along with PE that's almost 100 minutes, quite a long session in the evening. The edging is probably more important, I will try to do some tonight but tiredness is taking me already. Being ill blows but I will be back into it on monday.
Measured length last week (lost my tape measure for girth) no change. Annoying but perhaps pointing towards tunica being an issue (more stretching or maybe even hanging at a later stage) especially given that my flaccid has sometimes appeared to improve.
Amn also going to get a wooden ruler and a new tape measure, was using a plastic ruler but when taking bone pressed measurements it possibly bent.. so will sort that this week. Meh.Starting stats (12/10/2011)

Wasn't planning to write anything but yesterday's edging session was amazing. Kept my mind on this french girl I'm into (Shame she lives in Paris (I like in the UK) and wow, 8-10 hardness the whole way through, very little need for stopping (kegelling when close to PONR) and was in awesome control. Session was 45 minutes I think. I've been lubbing with vaseline to start and then using baby oil too, pretty good as a combo.. as slippy as ky almost but cheaper for the amount you get.

Sessions are going well recently - in terms of me doing them and not missing any. I'm stretching harder too, not sure whether that will help. we'll see. I'm trying not to measure although I am skeptical about any gains as of yet. It sometimes looks a bit bigger, but never when hard.
I've bought some L-arginine and will pick up some lycine. Also I got some gingko and ginseng just to see what happens. Might only last about ten days so maybe not long enough for any results but a kick start would be nice.
Edging has been good, did the occassional ballooning session too. Can manage 50 minutes with a few PONRs saved with a hard kegel - EQ seems to have improved. Rock hard most of the session. Not sure PE was my problem exactly anyway, more a lack of positive sexual experiences and a few too many bad ones.. and also a long time thinking about them without being able to 'get back on the horse'. Probably not the best turn of phrase. I won't know until I get with as girl, which is something I'm working on.
Am strongly considering hanging once the JP90 is done. Depending on results obviously.Starting stats (12/10/2011)

Decided to ensure that any masturbation/edging must take at least 30 minutes. Obviously I may have to stop a PONR in that time but it will all help. Managed a good 20 minutes of edging (thrusting) with 'nice' pictures today - then another ten minutes without (was almost interrupted).
Bought some Lycine to go with Arginine. Will see what happens. Will do 500mg of each a day for the next couple of months and see what happens.
My ligs are still a bit sore and I think my morning wood is not happening so much. This is odd as when edging I'm at a 8 to 10 for damn near all of the session. Will be resting over the weekend and see what happens.Starting stats (12/10/2011)

Mostly I've continued positively. I've started jelqing at a slightly higher eq than I was previously. Engorged but not solid. Maybe 60-80%.
Edging has been pretty good. For the most part I don't 'finish' unless I edge for over 30 minutes. I've gone 50 before too.
I don't hink I've ganied anything, I'm supposed to measure in 3/4 days or so, although I've lost my ruler. D'oh. I may begin A and V stretches soon,.Starting stats (12/10/2011)
