Hey,
I recently had a bad couple of experiences with a girl (pe), which really destroyed my confidence. That was my reason for finding this website; wanting to ensure I didn't have the same type of experience again. Once reading a few things I realised could also achieve a bigger penis, which you know, could well be fun. Might end up getting a job as a stripper, bonus.
My starting programme is as follows;
5 days a week
10 minute warm up
100 x jelqs (50 each hand)
4 x 30 second stretch (1 in each direction)
Every other day
50 x kegels (5 second holds, usually in sets of 10 or 20)
50 x reverse kegels (5 second holds, usually in sets of 10 or 20)
Also I am edging as and when although I will try to make this happen more consistently.
Please let me know if you have any advice about what I should be doing in these early stages. All advice welcome.

You are allready over average size especially in girth.
You can do jelq at lower eq to target length more.
Are you condetioned enough for the kegels?

Thanks for the tip re jelqing, I will make sure to use that. Weird thing is for years I thought I was thin and when a girl said the opposite and I thought she was kidding.
As for the kegels I have done them before in sets but at random times and never really kept them up (probably not understanding their importance fully). I knew they were helpful for sex and endurance, etc, but wasn't sure how exactly. Having found this website and having been made aware of the reverse kegels too my understanding has improved and I think tI'll be able to use them effectively.
I've been doing 50 x 5 second holds with 5 second breaks in 5 sets of ten without any undue discomfort or soreness afterwards. If I do get any I will hold back or take more rest. Would you suggest increasing the length of the hold or the amount of holdsto aid improvement?
The size improvements would be nice. The most important thing is the endurance related stuff. My last couple of experiences left me really short on confidence (bad time), so I'm trying to ensure that next time I'm taking a girl home I'm not worrying about mistakes and am being able to focus on the all the good things about to happen.Starting stats (12/10/2011)

Remember reverse kegels as part of your routine.
You can increase both number and length of holds . Not all hold need be the same leangth so you might do 1 sec,5 sec and 10 sec in the one workout.

This about the mid-point of my first month. Been going well so far, not skipped a day yet.
I've decided to add 10 extra jelqs per week so I'm currently doing 110. I want to do more exercises but will resist temptation until after 3 months or so.
Will change my kegel/reverse kegel sets after the first month is done too.
Finally got some proper lube for edging which served to make it trickier but I seem to be able to stop myself 'finishing' either with a reverse kegels and breathing or by stopping and kegeling hard closer to the PONR. I can go 30 minutes with only 4/5 brief stops. Stay erect for most of it too, not 100% but 70+%.
I've resisted the temptation to measure anything, I will be doing that after exactly one month, so 12th november. As for changes I'd say it looks thicker flaccid, hopefully it's longer too.Starting stats (12/10/2011)

I'm now up to 130 jelqs each day, managed to keep up with everything. Want to try to find a betetr way to warm up than just in the shower, may try to make a rice sock or get a heat pad. Am still only edging as and when, but have managed to go for 35 minutes so that's pretty good.
About a week until I get to see if I've made any progress. I know, it's not a sprint but it has been looking bigger (until today, weirdly).Am going to take flaccid and bone pressed length measurements too so it'll be easier to compare later on.Starting stats (12/10/2011)

First month is over. The main positive is that I haven't missed a session, and I've recently realised, in the absence of a rice sock, that ten minutes edging (no cumming.. so ballooning?) is a good warm up for jelqs and so on so I will be doing that.
Finally let myself measure it. No change, a bit disappointing but seeing as I've only been doing it a month it's really been a conditioning exercise and I need to remember that. It's about learning how to do things properly, so that gains will occur.
Anyway I also took other measurements this time because I'm sure my I've had flaccid gains. I'll have to check next month.
FL 4.75in x FG 4.75in
BPFL - 5.25in
I took the flaccid length, as above, held out in front. If I let it hang, it's 5in. I also took the bone pressed erect length.
BPEL - 6.75in
Considering my goals I've added some more slightly less important ones. I'd like to hit about 6in flaccid hang and also 5in flaccid girth. This is kinda 'useless' (I know) but I'd like it, plus I'm 5ft4 so it'd look pretty massive on me.
On the score of PE, well I can't be sure as I haven't gotten laid this month. Gash. The edging has gone pretty well and I seem to be able to stop myself using kegels and also keep myself further from ejaculation for longer using reverse kegels so that's awesome. I can do 35 minutes easily, altough I tend to get bored if anything. I feel less bothered about PE now and will probably more comfortable and so on next time anything does happen, which should mean something bad is much less likely to happen. I've decided to do JPs 90 thing. Now I'm into the habit of doign it I want it to work and I know this is proven. I will take a bit more time over things, do it in the evening (rather than before showering in the morning). Hopefully this will get me into a good condition for the future.

Been doing the LP90 for a few days. Been going well but it is fairly time consuming. Once the gains come though it'll have been worth it. Using a rice sock and so on now, taking thnigs more seriously. Can't wait to hit 6.0 girth.
On the edging score I've been able to manage 40 minutes pretty easily. Also I managed to hit the PONR, or thereabouts, about 5 times yesterday and stopped myself with kegels easily. I think had dry orgasms (felt a shudder through my legs etc) or close to that anyway.
Haven't kegelled properly for 4/5 days but am goign to change myrountine and retsrt doing them every other day, probably in the office although may do some tonight to get back into it. Reverse kegels too, obviously. (Probably 50 of each with 40x 5 second holds and then 10x 10 second holds).
Post session I swear my dick is hitting about 6 inches hanging. It looks pretty big, fat too. Still ages until the next measuring session but I am confident of 'movement' in the right direction.Starting stats (12/10/2011)
