I would like to summerize my jouney quickly.
I bought a bathmate end of May and did as they sugested 20 each day to 2months, with maybe a .25" of girth and same in length, but it does offer a big pump whlie excerising it.
next about Sept 25 i purchase the book excerisihg the penis that promotes this site and began a routine from one of the guys on the form, i forget his name now, but it is 10 min warm up, 10 mins of stetching, 25 sec hold in all direction, and 10 mins of jelking for 2-3 mins each jelf.
5 weeks is up and i am ready to move foward. By the way i am 56, and looking for a better way than viagra to make it harder to sadisify my wife of 35 years, not only do i want hardness i want it bigger too. i am currenly 6.5 x 5.25 erect from bone to tip. goal is 8 x 6.
So this is my next plan of action for the next 5 weeks
10 mins warm up
10 mins of stretching but hold it one minute
20 mins of jelking -go 5 sec. jelk in all directions
5 minis of girth:
Squeeze hold for 1 min x 5 or use the Bathmate for 5 mins
End with a edging session for 10 mins
