  • good routine for three months ?

    I'm going to restart my pe routine again after taking 2 months off due to school. Can someone tell me if this is a good routine to follow.

    going to do five days on and two days off.

    well here it is.

    a. warm up 10 mins with a rice sock.
    b. stretch 5 times each way holding 15 seconds each direction.
    c. helicopters 6 mins.
    d. warm up 5 mins with a rice sock.
    e. wet jelqs 100, 4 times, 2-3 for each rep
    f. warm down: cold water or ice water
    g. kegels: 30 hard kegels: 10 sec hold
    -200 easy kegels.

    going to do this mon-fri and sat&sun off will this be safe ?

    not taking any supplements besides whey protein and maybe later mega man vitaman pills.

    so is this good 4 a 3 month program.

    6 minutes of helicopters? Too much. Do a quick count of 20 between each set of stretches. 400 wet Jelqs, too many. Do around 150.
    Kegels? Fine to do the 30, but shoot for doing the 200 in sets of 25 throughout the day.

    I've got a Tiger by the tail.
