  • Little son growing log

    After doing my PE without sufficient information, I hurt my son a little bit before.
    So I did 4 nights' research in PEGym.
    I get to know the importance of warming up and warming down. I find out that my son need rest and time to grow up.

    Thanks to all seniors log and text, I decide to restart my raising son plan.
    You are right, log helps not only me, but also others.

    My first day, Monday
    As lots of seniors' suggestion, I begin with JP'S 90 days.
    The wet jelq and "V" jelq need to be done slowly. I used to do jelq pretty fast at the rate of 1 sec 1 jelq.

    And I added edging after the 3 groups of wet jelq + "V" jelq before the warming down.

    So my process is :

    Warm up with a hot shower. more than 10 min

    4 groups of basic stretch:
    "Helicopter Shakes"
    stretching with 25 quick Kegels aming left, right, straight forward and up
    10 circle stretching rolling left and right

    3 groups of jelq:
    50 wet jelq
    30 "V" jelq

    Edging for 20 min ending with ejection

    Warm down in a cup of hot water 10 min

    I hope edging helps me with my QE. That's why I added it. And I will keep JP's rule: 5 days work and 2 days off

    Let's see how it works for my little son with a dead LOT.

      Nice work luckyzxzx. If you need to, feel free to take an extra rest day on the Wednesday when you're starting up again with your PE career. You can check if you should, by paying attention to your PI's. Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth

          Just finished my second day of my PE program. I find out that it's really hard to do wet jelq because I have pretty loose foreskin and the skin with lots of hair. when I trying to make an ok grip, I usually can only grab 50%~60% of my shaft. My skin makes a tent so that I can hardly begin with the base of the shaft. Then I will have to grab pretty strong to touch my "inner shaft".
          So how can I work out with my loose skin? And how hard should I grab when I am doing jelq?

          Except for the questionable part, everything feels wonderful. My son feels stronger. I get a little morning wood today. Hope it will continue get harder and more frequently. Tomorrow will be the day off. I will do nothing with my son except warming it. I have a working day off too! I plan to shop around and get some supplement pills mentioned in JP's 90 days.

          Slow jelq really make me feel the tube getting filled with blood! That's amazing!

            After one day off, I am back.
            I got all the supplements mentioned in JP's 90 days. Which it can help my EQ. I found out that my EQ drops a lot the day after ejection. Maybe I need some Zinc. And also, I might need to sleep earlier. I used to sleep after 2:00am. But today, I will try to sleep around 12:00am. I will be back when I finish my PE.

              just finished my EP. I am facing more detailed question. Such as I am easily getting no erection or 80% erection( watching porn movie) when I do jelqs. It's hard to make my son a little erected(30%). How does everybody keep 30% erection when jelqing? How can I test my morning wood? Maybe it's time to check out more progress log.

              My EQ seems to be better. But let time tell if it lasts long.

                It takes time and a lot of practice to get the hang of keeping a steady erection level while jelqing but you'll get it down soon enough.

                Also, how are you liking JP's routine?

                  So far I feel good. Every time I pump my son full of blood makes me feel progressive. It has just been 3 day's practice. Maybe I shall see the difference after 2 weeks. Thank you Raider, I will try to make my erection level steady.

                    Forgot to post last night. Everything is under routine. I spend 30 min to edging. I was trying to make some dry orgasm. My PC mucle is not that powerful to make it totally dry. Still a little came out. But when I want to make an ejection, nothing came out and I had a perfect orgasm. Dry orgasm is not that exciting as wet orgasm. And also, I felt that my semen was stuck in my body. Maybe next time, I should still finish with orginal orgasm to make sure that I have my semen ecjected and nothing left in my body except in my eggs.

                    Today is my day off, Saturday. Only heating and kegals. It's time to do more research!

                      In response to your post That's a good idea. I have day off on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, I will try edging before my stretching.

                      I also want to know, how hard do you usually stretch and squeeze in jelqs.

                      By the way, what does "LAS" mean?

                      When I'm jeqling, I only squeeze hard enough to keep blood trapt in my upper shaft. I used to use a death grip when I first started out and I am very lucky I didn't cause too much injury to myself. As for stretching while doing jelqs, I have noticed that as I'm doing a moderate pull just to slide my grip close to the glans, (right where I would hold for normal stretches) I can tighten up my grip a little bit and pull my penis out a little more than normal jelqs. I can actually see probably and extra .3 length increase but you don't have to pull very hard.

                        Monday, the first day of my 2nd week. I was pretty horning on the bed when I woke up. I think it should be a good sign for my PE. It really good to feel horny. Maybe I ejected too many times last week. So I will change my schedule of edging to ecjection on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and non ejection on Tuesday and Thursday. 5 times ejection might be too many for me.

                        So, I did my routine.
                        Warm up: a cup of hot water 10min
                        Basic Stretch: left, right, out and up with 25 kegals. Each rep with 50 Helicopters and 20 big circles.
                        Jelqs: 50 wet jelqs and 30 v jelqs. 3 reps
                        Edging: edging 25 min with ejection without porn
                        Warm down: hot shower

                        When I woke up on Tuesday, my morning wood dispeared. Maybe it is caused by my ejection.

                          Thanks a lot for your suggestion! I was thinking about if I don't grip hard, I might not have full effect on my PE. I was wrong.

                            Today I am pretty tired...... I should take a early sleep rather than do my PE routine.
                            Keep myself healthy is the first, and then enhancement.

                            And also I am thinking about make the day off to be Wednesday and Sunday. 5 days' PE might be too tough for my son.

                              Thursday, the same routine. I find out that I spend more than an hour on 150 wet jelqs and 90 V jelqs. It's much more than others' 20~30 minutes. I am wondering how fast are they jelqing. Since it is said to jelq 3~5 seconds for 1 jelq.
