    My first entry into my diary on my first PE day. I will start with my goals as a reminder to myself.

    My goals:
    1) To keep my penis healthy.
    2) To measure properly using the advice on this site. By the way I won't cheat in case you were wondering. What's the point? One
    can't fool yourself. I will not measure flaccid length as this various a lot. However, I will measure the flaccid stretch length.
    3) To use one of the lighter PE routines for one month to condition my penis.
    4) To do PE on a 1 day on 1 day off routine the first month.

    I measured this evening before my first PE session after my warm up session.

    Measurements:
    BPFL 16.2 cm
    BPEL 16 cm
    EG (base) 13.5 cm
    EG (midway) 13 cm

    My PE routine:
    I decided to follow PSEG's light beginner routine
    10 minutes warm up
    Basic stretching
    10 minute wet jelqing
    5 minute warm down

            Day 2:

            I decided to follow PSEG's light beginner routine. I am not sure whether I should do it on a 1 day on, 1 day off basis, or 2 days on 1 day off. So, I decided on the latter based on the idea that excersize is good for you. Any ideas on this from the more experienced members on this forum will be greatly appreciated.

            10 minutes warm up
            Basic stretching
            10 minute wet jelqing
            5 minute warm down

                Day 3: Doing routine sitting down

                10 min warm up
                Basic stretching with 250 kegels
                10 min wet jelquing ( o and v grip )
                5 minute warm down
                1 cup of green tea. Read it is good for you.

                  Day 4: 7 December 2011

                  I am going to do my usual routine but I will do the stretches and jelquing a bit lighter as I got hit in my right testicle this afternoon by accident. It is slightly painful and I am applying my heating pads at the moment.

                    Just decided to apply heat. Aborted my routine for tonight because I might just hurt myself.

                      PE day today. Yesterday was a rest day. I wll do my normal routine.

                            Whilst doing PE this afternoon I noticed that the veins in my penis' skin was bulging out when I jelq. I guess I am doing the jelquing correctly.

                              Day 5: Sunday, 11 Dec 2011

                              Did my routine as usual but extended the warm up session to 15 minutes. Taking JP's advice in another threat I bought a dowel today. I will re-measure and post my statistics. Better get it right at the start ehh.. Well the growth after my first 5 sessions will now be included into my starting measurements
