    I have finally decided to start my own progress log to track my PE journey.

    Here is my routine:

    10 minute warmup (progressively getting warmer until the rag is hot)
    10 minutes of stretching and (up, down, left, and right. Helicopter shakes too.)
    10 minutes of jelqing (5 minutes wet jelqing and 5 minutes of v-jelqing)
    10-30 minutes of edging

    This is a 2 day on 1 day off routine. I do anywhere from 100-150 kegels every other day whether it's an exercise day or not.

    It is good to hear that you started your progress log and your routine for starters looks good.
    Starting stats 7/15/05 -FL 3.750"x FG 2.125", (BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750")

    Current Stats: 4/16/10 (BPFL 6.500" x FG 5.625"), ( BPEL 7.825" x EG 6.375")

    Goal for 2011 BPEL 9.000" x EG 6.500"

      Great decision in starting a progress log. It will certainly help you. Your routine looks good, wish you good gains.

        Had a really good session last night. I feel like I have gained a bit more girth. Since I started exercising my penis feels heavier and hangs much lower. I'm going to measure tonight while I exercise.

          I did not exercise last night. I just did not feel up to it. I've been really tired lately, and I had class early this morning. I plan to exercise tonight, and I will also measure.

            I had probably the best PE session ever last night. I didn't feel tired at all. I also edged my way up to the biggest erection I've ever had.......and I didn't forget to measure last night either.

            Here is my new measuement:
            BPEL 6.25''
            EG 4.5''

            I love PE!!! I've only just begun my journey, and it has already changed my life.

                My PE session today was about average I guess. My EQ is through the roof since I started exercising. My erections (with a cup of kingpole's erection tea) are hard as rocks. I have been experimenting with the plump theory too. I'll never let my penis turtle again.

                  I have decided to extend my break to three days now since I don't feel up to snuff. I'm coming up on three months now too. So I may change my basic routine to a slightly different basic routine. I'll be sure to post it if I do.

                      I had a somewhat decent workout today. My EQ fluctuated quite a bit. My stretching and jelqing as usual were fine, but during my edging session I could not maintain the good quality erection that I'm used to. I finally turned on a little entertainment, and my boner was back.

                        I edged my way up to BPEL 6.5 inches today. I'm not sure whether or not this is a good measurement, but I will check again tomorrow.

                            My three months are up. I'm going to take a week off from exercising. Here is my final measurement: BPEL 6.45 inches EG 4.6 inches.

                              Good to take a week off. Just remember, it's hard to get started again. Don't let one week become two weeks and...
