I have finally decided to start my own progress log to track my PE journey.
Here is my routine:
10 minute warmup (progressively getting warmer until the rag is hot)
10 minutes of stretching and (up, down, left, and right. Helicopter shakes too.)
10 minutes of jelqing (5 minutes wet jelqing and 5 minutes of v-jelqing)
10-30 minutes of edging
This is a 2 day on 1 day off routine. I do anywhere from 100-150 kegels every other day whether it's an exercise day or not.
