I'll be following the 90 day program but not 100% to the word. I simply don't have the privacy to do warmups. I will do all my exercises in the shower. Today I did 30 kegels, 30 v jelqs, 30 o grip jelqs and stretching. I'll see how this goes for a week and I might add more and change my routine after that.

Well get to work and if you're not doing warmups go slow in the beginning of your routine.The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

The warm up is sooooooso important. You can even do a rice sock or a gel pack that can be microwaved, pretend to go to bathroom, lock door and warm up for 5-7 minutes at LEAST.
Then workout in the shower and warm down there or again with sock11/7/2011 (day one)

I just did 30 kegels, helicopter shakes, 40 jelq's and 30 v jelqs. I also did some edging at the end although I couldn't get hard fully. No idea why. Edit; I did an additional 30 jelqs after edging.Last edited by Tudo Bem; 12-28-2011, 10:30 AM.Old Stats:

I just measured myself and I can't believe I gained 0.40 in length and in girth? It feels much thicker too. Anyway, my penis can't grow this fast so I probably didn't measure it well before. Will do some more exercises tomorrow. I just edged 3x too. Edit: I just measured my nbpel and it's 5.1 inch. I also have a fat pad of almost 2 inches so that explains it. You don't use your entire measured BPEL during sex. You can use some, but not all. To be honest I don't know how much is usable but some probably is.
But congrats on the gains. Keep working and I would try to get a warm up in there.Start : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 5 MEG
