Ok, so I live in a crazy house with not a moment's peace save when everyone sleeps, but I cant jelq around that time so I'm gonna PE in a new manner....
with just tunaca tugs and bed fowfers
Ok so my routine is as follows
5x a week
10 Min of heating pad warm up
3-5 min stretch in all directions
5 min tunaca tugs
10 min Bed Fowfers
5-8 min warm down with heating pad
i was also thinkin about putting som uli's in the mix what do u guys think?
