  • Skyfalcon's progress log, with a twist, im not gonna jelq :O!

    Ok, so I live in a crazy house with not a moment's peace save when everyone sleeps, but I cant jelq around that time so I'm gonna PE in a new manner....

    with just tunaca tugs and bed fowfers

    Ok so my routine is as follows

    5x a week

    10 Min of heating pad warm up

    3-5 min stretch in all directions

    5 min tunaca tugs

    10 min Bed Fowfers

    5-8 min warm down with heating pad

    i was also thinkin about putting som uli's in the mix what do u guys think?

    5.75" long by 5.5" around

    Goal:
    7.5-8" by 6.5"

    Right now:
    6.5" by 6"

      Thats the plan! Under the cover PE I've done it a couple of times and I do feel thicker already, but we wont find out till I measure I guess. lol

        You may want to skip the warm down and try a cool down (do a quick search for it here, there's a lot of good info on it).

        Also, try adding JAIs to the mix.

        Besides that, looks like a good private routine. Keep us updated!

          Cool Downs? How would I Privately do that?

          Oh and consider JAIs added

                OMG NEW GAINS! I MADE IT TO 6" by 5.75"!!!!!! YAY!!!!

                    I'm gonna have to say yes, but not sure, I'm sure they helped more than they harmed, thats for sure.

                    Hoped this helps. You may wanna ask some vets who've PEed for a while, they prolly could tell u better.
