I've been peing for a while now, but the last couple of months I have been very inconsistent. I found that my routine was too long and thus i had trouble fitting it in to my day and didn't really look forward to my workouts because an hour or more seems like to much time to put into PE for me.
So, in an effort to refocus and get recommitted I am going to being doing a very short and basic routine Monday-Friday, hoping that a shorter routine will bring me more enjoyment and thus ultimately more committment which will lead to more gains eventually (even if it takes longer to reach them).
My new routine:
Warmup - hot gel pack for like 6ish minutes.
While warming up I will do kegels:
2X - 30 seconds rapid kegels followed by 30 seconds rapid reverse kegels = 2 minutes total
12X - 5 second kegel followed by 5 second reverse kegel = 2 minutes total
3X - 10 second kegel followed by 10 second reverse kegel = 1 minutes total
1X - 30 second kegel followed by 30 second reverse kegel = 1 minute total
What do you guys think, is this too much to do daily?
Strething:
Bundled stretch - twist 1 full twist clockwise and hold 1 minute left right and up, repeat with full twist opposite direction = 6 minutes total
Tunica tugs - 1 minute holds left, right, and up = 3 minute totals
Mandingo Stretch* - 30 seconds each hand
* = I know this is not the proper name, I can't remember what the real name is called but I heard them called this once. Basically grab just beneath the glans in an ok grip with palm facing away from face. Then, rotate wrist towards body until the palm is facing towards your head and pull the penis upwards. This stretch allows you to get a lot of leverage and is a very very good stretch in my opinion.
Jelging:
Wet jelqs, medium intensity at about 60-80% erection = 10 minutes total
Stamina:
I will edge occasionally if I have a lot of free time, maybe once or twice a week. When I edge I will make sure to go at least 20 minutes.
So there it is! I will be doing that 30 minute routine 5 times a week and take weekends off, and I will try to measure about every week and will update this whenever I do! Cheers!

NBPFSL: 6.5 in.
BPFSL: 7.5 in
FG: 4.7 in.
NBPEL: 5.4 in.
BPEL: 6.4 in.
BEG: 5 in.
MSEG: 5 in.
TEG (tip erect girth - just below glans): 4.2 in.
