    Hey all!

    I've been peing for a while now, but the last couple of months I have been very inconsistent. I found that my routine was too long and thus i had trouble fitting it in to my day and didn't really look forward to my workouts because an hour or more seems like to much time to put into PE for me.

    So, in an effort to refocus and get recommitted I am going to being doing a very short and basic routine Monday-Friday, hoping that a shorter routine will bring me more enjoyment and thus ultimately more committment which will lead to more gains eventually (even if it takes longer to reach them).

    My new routine:

    Warmup - hot gel pack for like 6ish minutes.
    While warming up I will do kegels:
    2X - 30 seconds rapid kegels followed by 30 seconds rapid reverse kegels = 2 minutes total
    12X - 5 second kegel followed by 5 second reverse kegel = 2 minutes total
    3X - 10 second kegel followed by 10 second reverse kegel = 1 minutes total
    1X - 30 second kegel followed by 30 second reverse kegel = 1 minute total

    What do you guys think, is this too much to do daily?

    Strething:
    Bundled stretch - twist 1 full twist clockwise and hold 1 minute left right and up, repeat with full twist opposite direction = 6 minutes total
    Tunica tugs - 1 minute holds left, right, and up = 3 minute totals
    Mandingo Stretch* - 30 seconds each hand

    * = I know this is not the proper name, I can't remember what the real name is called but I heard them called this once. Basically grab just beneath the glans in an ok grip with palm facing away from face. Then, rotate wrist towards body until the palm is facing towards your head and pull the penis upwards. This stretch allows you to get a lot of leverage and is a very very good stretch in my opinion.

    Jelging:
    Wet jelqs, medium intensity at about 60-80% erection = 10 minutes total

    Stamina:
    I will edge occasionally if I have a lot of free time, maybe once or twice a week. When I edge I will make sure to go at least 20 minutes.

    So there it is! I will be doing that 30 minute routine 5 times a week and take weekends off, and I will try to measure about every week and will update this whenever I do! Cheers!

    Starting stats:
    NBPFSL: 6.5 in.
    BPFSL: 7.5 in
    FG: 4.7 in.

    NBPEL: 5.4 in.
    BPEL: 6.4 in.
    BEG: 5 in.
    MSEG: 5 in.
    TEG (tip erect girth - just below glans): 4.2 in.

    Here we go, first measurements since starting:

    BPFSL: 7.75 in.
    NBPFSL: 6.7 in.
    MSFG: 4.625 in.
    BPEL: 6.625 in.
    NBPEL: 5.8125 in.
    BEG: 4.875 in.
    MSEG: 5 in.
    GEG: 4.5 in.

    This routine has been incredible so far for me, no missed workout and my EQ has been off the charts! My girth measurements were screwed up last time I measured because I used string and wasn't very careful, this time I used a loose tape measurer and these measurement are more accurate. I'm stoked about my increased length! 0.225 inches in 2 weeks is really encouraging! Well that's all for now I guess!

      Just decided to cut the amount of 5 second holds for my kegels in half, now I'm only doing them for 1 minute total. Also I'm only doing kegels during my warmups Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I never felt tired from them but noticed my ejaculations were much much less powerful than normal and since lowered the amount they have been better.

      I also am doing a quick testicle massage routine that supposedly is great, just started it yesterday and I really like it so far. The link to it can be found here:

        Got some kind of fungal infection on my groin area that creeped it's way slightly up my penis, and quickly realized Monday that jelqing wasn't going to be an option due to the pain. Been treating the infection with an antifungal and it's getting better already, very disappointing though because me and my GF just broke up and this weekend is "Forrester's Ball" which is the biggest party weekend of the year at my college but I'm not gonna be able to bring a girl home because of it! Oh well, hopefully it'll be better by Monday! Anyways, instead I just warmed up and stretched this week, it went well. Realized if I used a pair of rubbery gloves I can get a MUCH better grip and stretch way better. Things are going great though!

        Also, when edging I've always had to stop stroking it when I do my kegel to keep from cumming, but yesterday I tried to keep stroking and by some miracle I was able to keep stroking and hold my kegel and prevented myself from cumming!! Tried it again today but I wasn't able to do it, but I'm pumped that I at least got it once! I think that in the very near future I may be able to have near 100% control of my ejaculations, and that will truly be incredible.

        Measurements will be taken next week, it hurts too bad to press a ruler into my pelvis right now because of the fungus.

          The last month or so I have been weaning myself off of porn due to having troubles keeping erections around naked girls (whereas less than a year ago I used to always have raging hard-ons just sitting next to them). In order to stay hard during jelqing I have been reading erotic stories (sounds dumb but actually works incredibly well, I often found them more stimulating than porn). However, after reading pe_Zen's sticky in the ED forums I have decided to stop doing that too and focus solely on the sensations of having my penis touched. I also am going to start trying to limit how often I jerk off. The last two days of not using any stimulation (other than feelings) during jelqing have been difficult and I've had trouble maintaining high enough erection level to jelq effectively. However, I did not ejaculate today, for the first time in a very long time, and I found that i actually got a pretty decent semi-chub several times throughout the day today. It's frustrating and I feel the need to ejaculate, but I think it will definitely pay off for me to gain control of my mind. Jelqing should get easier and easier, and I look forward to the many benefits of a higher libido. More updates this weekend!

            Good workouts the last two days, my unit is a little sore though. Will measure again this sunday, hoping for some good gains! Stretches have been kicking my butt the last couple days. Also, i stopped doing kegels at all during my warmups. Instead, I do only the reverse kegel portion during warmups and then after my workout I do 5x12 RBKs, which I really really like so far.

              Woke up early and had a great workout this morning. Yesterday I was reading the Pre-E stickies to educate myself on how to last longer (I'm not a minuteman but certainly not a stallion either) and WOW there is some great stuff in there, I would strongly recommend people reading it.               Starting yesterday, I am going ByggD's 4 week routine and holy crap after doing it yesterday and today I can already tell what a huge difference this is going to make for me. I'm doing the shutting off the senses masturbation thing, except I'm doing 30 minutes instead of starting low because I already have pretty good stamina. This has truly been a revelation experience already, and I am 10 times more aware of my arousal level and have a sense of how to control my need to ejaculate already. I love it!                 Had a tough time with my girlfriend last night, couldn't quite get it up real well and definitely think I overtrained this week, especially with all that edging. Gonna cut down edging from every day to twice a week. Also, I'm going to start listening to my penis rather than jelqing according to a set routine. I know I was too tired to workout it out yesterday, but I did it anyways since that's what my routine said. From now on I will jelq only when I am having a good day. Stats up tomorrow

                  Just woke up, feeling pretty good after my day off. Here are my new measurements.

                  BPFSL:7.75 in. (+ 0 in.)
                  NBPFSL:7 in. (+ .3 in.)
                  MSFG:4.875 in. (+2.5 in.)
                  BPEL:6.75 in. (+.125 in.)
                  NBPEL: 6 in. (+ .125 in.)
                  BEG: 4.875 in. (+ 0 in.)
                  MSEG: 5.125 in. (+ .125 in.)
                  GEG: 4.625 in. (+ .125 in.)

                  Holy crap!!! I can't believe how much I've gained since my last measurement! Especially because I thought I had a bad week this week. Anyways, super stoked about my gains, I've now reached my short term goal of BPEL 6.75 in. and MSEG: 5.1 in. so I guess it's time to bump them up to 7.00 inches and 5.25 inches girth!!! Cannot wait to reach the 7 inch mark, I'm really hoping that at the rate things are going I can reach it within the next month, that would be incredible! My EQ has been down the last couple weeks too I think so hopefully if I can bump it up a little bit I'll be close to 7! Woo!!

                  Also on a side note, I blew a huge load after measuring this morning, the first time that's happened in a while and I feel great about it since my EQ has been down, hopefully thats a good sign of things to come!

                    Took a step back today in my journey to total mastery/ejaculatory control.Rather than edging for 30 minutes with no stimuli (ByggD's routine) I watched porn. I figured ah I'm good to go I can just watch porn today no big deal; however, since figuring out how to start controling my arousal level I realised that I am not ready for porn. I barely could control my arousal level at all and ejaculated and felt like I took a major step back for watching porn even though I've been trying to quit. Oh well, just gotta recommit myself tomorrow!

                    Anyways, my routine this week was a little overboard I think, yesterday and today were my off days from PE and today I noticed I still had a lot of red spots all over, mostly on my head and my penis has been pretty sore all day. So I'll be taking at least one more day off tomorrow. Thats all for now!

                      EQ has been down the last couple of days even though I have taken the last 3 days off. Haven't had morning wood or anything and penis hasn't been hanging well. Did stretches and very light jelqing today, tomorrow if I'm still not feeling good I will just warmup and then take the rest of the day off. Possible edging session tonight but we'll see how I feel

                          Thanks. I don't think I hurt anything, just some slight overtraining combined with making some stressful life decisions this weekend. I think it'll clear right up though

                            I don't think you did either. From what I know you are usually careful. But those life decisions will do it to ya. Just meditate or something and of course you'll be fine.

                              Noticed yesterday that my hang was really good a couple times when I took a piss, it looked bigger than normal. Those extra rest days and light jelqing yesterday really payed off. Today I woke up with some really hard morning wood and got a great workout in this morning. I am experimenting with starting to do my bundled stretches and tunica tugs at about a 40% erection. Not pulling as hard as I normally would as I think this makes the stretches much more intense, but I really think it might help with girth.. anyway, I'll try to do my stretches like that from now on and I guess I'll know in a couple months if it works or not. But anyways, had a very good workout this morning while doing that. Jelqing came very easy today and I was able to stay fairly erect for most of the time, I think I am getting better at that (and getting more weened off of porn).
