    Warm up:

    Either a hot shower for 5 to 10 minutes of Heat applied to the genitals,, a hot cloth,, wrapped around the penis,, with a slight tug before the head on the shaft downwards. Massage the area,, as the heat is applied. A warm up is before and after the exercises.

    Stretching:

    To be done after warm up,, and is to be done after exercising,, before the last warm up. Take you fingers in the jelg position, and make a grasp before the head, and tugg downwards,, in a stretching fashion. Do this for a count of 30 seconds. Let go,, and repeat the stretch,, all the way to the left,, to the right,, straight up,, straight out and down again. All 30 seconds each,, with a break between.. You don not want to do this erect,, semi soft will work fine,, and you will see a much better hang.
    When the strechting is performed you can do a small set of kegels between the stretches. After the stretching you can do some final stretches which will furter the elasticity of your penis.. I call it the hellicopter,, you grap your penis at the base of the shaft,, in your jelg "ok" finger position, and rotate your penis in circles,, like a hellicopter. Apply pressure, and you can also slap your penis on the inside of your leg.. This is great to loosen it up.

    Exercise:

    The exercise is mainly the jelg,, power jelg,, and the girth exercise.. The jelg is to be applied when your penis is semi erect,, for beginners,, and to be done 100 times. Repitions will be added as we become more advanced. If the penis becomes fully erect during the exercise,, perform some kegels do relax the penis back down,, or wait calmly. I usually perform about 25 jelgs at a time,, to make sure they are done correctly, with 20 kegels in between. The power girth can be done usually near the end of the exercise,, but mainly focus on the regular jelg,, as the power jelg will be used when i become more advanced. The girth exercise,, is done with both hands in the "ok" postion,, at the top of the shaft,, before the head, and at the bottom of the shaft. Take both hands and squeeze slightly,, focusing attention on the girth center area of the penis. You will notice a slight swell, as blood is forced on the main girth of the penis. Do this only 5 to10 seconds at a time for beginners,and I only recomend this to be done on a alternating schedule with that of the regular jelg exercise.. Do not perform these both in the same routine,, as we are beginners.. Take it easy.

    Penis Enlargement Device:

    It is true what they say about these devices,, and it is the only way to make a sure fire way to see major results. The penis enlargement device I am using is the X4labs Extender. I am going to use the device on the same days that the Exercise routines will be performed, after the exercise. The extender will be worn only for an hour at the beggining stages of my routine, for each routine performed, I will increase the number of hours of wearing the extender,, as I see results, and my penis is becoming stronger with the process. The penis is an resilliant, ellastic muscle,, and will react with great benifits, if it is worn properly. If you see blue color,, or rashes due to over use,, you are using it wrong. Take it easy.. Increase the tension on the extender, as you advance.. I will speak about this more in later posts.

    Stretching: same as above,, to be done after device.

    Warm down: To be done after final stretch.

    Weekly routine:

    All of this can be performed within an 1 1/2 time,, daily, 1 hour to use the device, and 30 mins of stretch,, and warm ups. I can do this very quickly now,, and it all depends on your speed and ability to get it done. The weekly routine will consist for me,, since I have knowledge,, To do it twice a day,, two days at a time, with the third day,, the rest day. Giving yourself the rest day every 3rd day is a great way to build resiliance. Hours and durations of wearing the extender will increase over time. So please bear with me,, and we will see results.

    Well, I have been aware of PE for quite some time, and I have practiced some in the past, but now I am really going to stick to my new regimen, and It has been going very well this week so far.
