FG = 4.5in
BPEL = 5in
EG = 4.75in

My routine is as follows:

10-15 minute warm up wrap
basic stretches
50 wet jelq strokes
20 v jelq strokes
10 minute warm down wrap

Yesterday was my first day doing this routine and I believe to have nice signs so far.
