Now that I am back to PEGYM, I intend to to have a 45 minute session of a simple manual workout a week, followed by 15 minutes of edging each time.
Along with this, I am going to use the X4 extender over a 3-4 month period for a total of around 600-800 hours and will provide before and after photo's.
