I have completed my first week of PE training,, and I am very pleased with the results. I stuck to the schedule, but I did miss one day, which probably did not affect much,, since I am beginner, and it was good to have the extra day of relaxing anyway.
I noticed huge difference last night, when I was out drinking and went to the bathroom, and it popped out like,, BAMMM!!!
I also noticed that when I was at work, or just carrying on my natural day, it seemed to feel more alive,, like it hung more,, under my pants.. I am going to do my measurement now.. and also carry on with the routine this week as planned.
Well see how it went.
Beginning stats:
Flaccid: nbp 2.5" bp 4"
girth 4"
Erect: nbp 4.5" bp 5.75"
girth 4.5"
End of Week One stats:
Flaccid: nbp 3" bp 4.25"
girth 4.25"
Erect: nbp 5" bp 6"
girth 4.75
It seems first week went well, I knew there were good gains,, just from noticing last night.
I cant wait to really stick to the routine even a little further this week to see how it goes. I give most credit to the extender device because there is much gain when it is used properly. The most I wore the device at one time was about a hour and 20 minutes, but usually an hour,, twice a day... I kept a good eye on myself while i wore it to make sure there was no negative affect happening to my penis.
I also use moisturizers,, and vitamin e,, to support the skins strength during the whole process. Usually twice a day.
Also,, I had an 1/2 inch gain in girth!!!,, erect and flaccid!!!!,, and I believe that to be the result of not only doing Jelg Pe exercise,, but the Squezze Jelq exercise,, just as much, to concentrate on girth.
So overall, there was a gain about 1/4 to 1/2 a inch flaccid, and 1/4 to 1/2 an inch erect,, whoo hoo!!!

Looks like your on your way to realizing the dream. You didn't post your routine but I did notice you are doing squeezes, I would reccommend that you stay away from these for now. Over doing this exercise can set you back very quickly. It is good to see you making quick gains but please don't get carried away, as long as you are making gains don't be temted to increase on anything. Good luck and keep us posted on your results. HT.

Congrats on completing your first week. I completed my first week today as well. I have an extender as well but it hurts more than it helps. How do you wear yours? Any mods to it?

I hate to tell people what to do BUT - trash the extenders and devices. These things cause more injury than they do good. You have two of the best tools possible for proper, successful and enjoyable PE - YOUR BLOODY HANDS! Use them well.
Why are they better? BECAUSE YOU CONTROL THE PRESSURE!Everyone dies...

I have the FastSize extender. I was already very close to trashing it. It's been sitting in my closet for about a year with no use. I probably will throw it out since I'd rather use my own tools (hands, motivation, etc) to accomplish my goals.
