Hey everyone! This is just gonna be a thread to track my own progress. I've been doing the JP 90 day beginner routine for about a week and a half now (I started January 25th or 26th, can't remember exactly). I already feel like I've gained a little bit of length and girth. One thing is for sure though, my erections are DEFINITELY much, much stronger. I've also been getting some great morning wood.
My current measurements are:
BPEL: 5.25''
BPFL: 4.25"
Erect girth (measured in middle): 4.75"
Flaccid girth (measured in middle): 4.125"
My goals currently are to get my erect length to 6.5 inches, erect girth to 5.00, hopefully in the next 10-12 months. I'm not too worried about flaccid length/girth. If anything, I'd much rather be a grower, always catches women by surprise .
The only thing I deviate from in the JP routine is warming up with a rice sock. I generally just get into the shower and let the little guy run under some hot water (along with massaging it) for about a minute. I proceed to doing stretches, but make sure to stay under the hot water while I do this, then go along with the rest of the routine....
I'll be measuring at the beginning of every month (around the 5th). Stay tuned!
