Well here I go. Today is my 4th week of PEing and I haven't measured since but it appears I have added some girth and possibly maybe even some length. Prior to PE I have always had very strong erections and the ability to last. I'm mainly doing it for increased size and if a healthier and stronger penis happens then it's a bonus. I never realized how much I kegal throughout sex and masturbation but I sure do. When I started doing my kegals I could hold for 1 minute on my first day and now I can go for minutes after training it regularly. Here is my routine:
10 min warmup
15 min of stretching
10-15 jelqing
Occasional 30 min to 1 hour edging if possible
10-15 warmdown
I am following a 2on/1off routine but I really just do it when my penis is not fatigued. My wife and I have a pretty good amount of sex so I will not have PE being responsible for my performance dropping. Right now I would say we average 5 nights a week and it's usually 30-45 min so it is a lot of stress on my penis. Over the past four weeks I would estimate I averaged about 4 quality PE session a week. Not bad.
