I have experienced the 90 day high. Before i arrived there i had horrible impulse controls and an entirely different personality. When i first started, i had awful social anxiety, brain fog, inability to carry a conversation, impulse issues(like i said), negativity, depression, lack of throughput(follow through), zero focus, poor memory, senstive nipples, higher body fat, higher voice--all manner of things. i had to pull away from every trigger by completely disengaging. every time something came up that stimulated my brain similarly to porn, i redirected the energy. This redirection included reactions to women, porn, conversations, ideas, thoughts, day dreams, etc. Complete and total disengaging. I remember hearing about guys doing just that and thinking to myself "no way", but sure enough it happened. pulling away was easy once you make it to two weeks. you are not super man but your ability to resist your usual urges is high by then. Days, then weeks past. soon after months. i know there will be rough patches between the start and 90 days, but you will look in the mirror every morning and barely recognize yourself. i know i felt like that. i felt happier, looked leaner due to lowered prolactin levels and higher dopamine, i could remember practically everything, conversations were as easy as breathing. Instead of looking at women like something to be worshipped or a source of anxiety, they became an area of challenge that i really loved. i ended up having sex with about 17 different women in the span of about eight months, and still am on speaking and fucking terms with five of them. hoo boy do they keep a guy busy. i know, that it seems far fetched, but holy hell. you seriously gotta feel it for yourself. whatever your best day is, multiply it by 10 or 20 and you have what you feel like every day. Also, the woodies are out of this world. i used to get maybe 3 or 4 really good woodies a day. after the 90 day mark, i lost count of the number i got in a day. hell one of those women i ended up getting funky with i met in an elevator. we got talking and i got full on cockasaurus hard! I literally had a boner so big that it was laughable. i just went with it and told her she was seriously hot and i would love to treat her to a good time. when the elevator had reached the bottom floor we had french kissed and i had a number written on my forearm. she wrecked me later that night this a big ol bubble booty haha.

Hey guys, been a while but I've been pretty busy as of late getting in some last minute goals before the end of the year!
365 days without porn completed yesterdayDay 366 complete as of today, now working on day 367!
I've seen a couple of risky pics here and there - no naked pornstars, just good looking average girls in tight outfits or suggestive poses etc, and caught the odd flash of sex on TV when I've been watching a movie, but I haven't lingered on the pics, and for the actual video footage of sex, I've always turned it straight off. I've been struggling with the MO side of things a little bit, mostly on the weekends, and some weird porn-dreams every once in a while, but my whole routine has been disrupted recently as I've moved out of my parents' house into my own place and that's when it slipped. I'm putting it down to the new surroundings, lack of a routine whilst I was moving house, and the noisy neighbour upstairs who's been stopping me sleeping (yesterday I sent them a polite letter, we'll see where that goes).
With the above said, my PE Gym related goal for 2016 will be to clean up the MOing and work further on penis health, and on general health overall (an injury has stopped me from working out, which was my main physical focus that helped me stay away from MOing, so I'll be taking up running till it heals I think).
Here's a breakdown of the goals I set myself in the last couple of days of 2014, and where I managed to get to with them in 2015:
In terms of goals hit this year... (and I can confidently say most of these wouldn't have happened if I was still PMOing every day, so bear that in mind)
- Got myself a decent job that I like, with good prospects
- Stuck with it for longer than 6 months (my previous record!)
- Worked damn hard and got promoted two weeks ago, over about 70 other people (all of whom had been there longer than me); now I'm one of only 4 on our floor that do our role. Got moved to another team, asked for by name by that team leader etc etc which was all cool
- Moved out to lessen the financial burden on my parents (and have my own place) - this took a lot of fighting tooth and nail which put my overall progress back by 2 months!
- Worked on physical fitness and made really good progress till the injury
- Built up savings to go towards a property (and to have around in general); my goal was to go from zero in the bank to £10,000 in the bank by 31st December 2015, done over the space of 7 months. I'll hit that £10k on 1st January 2016. Part of me's still annoyed I'll hit it literally 5 minutes late, haha.
- Got my dental health back up to scratch. It had been a number of years since I'd been to a dentist's, firstly through laziness and then because it had already been a while since I'd been, through embarrassment haha. Luckily I only needed one filling and a serious cleaning.
Goals missed or with delayed progress...
- Didn't do much at all about looking into a career in Psychiatry. I'm just enjoying earning money at the moment, and have no intention of giving up this job right now. Psychiatry is something I'd love to do but it can wait another year or two.
- The injury's obviously undone most of my progress in the gym. Torn rotator cuff, been off since August, I only got it confirmed via a scan last week but at least now the doctors will acknowledge there's a real injury there, and can treat it accordingly.
- I've done nearly nothing about correcting my curved penis. I bought a phallosan, wore it a couple of times, but it was difficult to wear because my foreskin wouldn't stay back over my glans - I've got phimosis. However, that just means it'll be a longer process than I thought. I've worked on the phimosis a bit, stretching it manually - for the first time ever this year, I can retract my foreskin over my whole glans when erect. Previously I couldn't retract it any more than a third of the way over my glans. It's still very tight though so needs more work.
Sorry for the word vomit - day-to-day I just get on with my life and don't share my goals/achievements with anyone, but I've always shared them in this thread because I know you're a bunch of guys who all have a similar goal and sense of motivation!
Oh and one of the best things about my progress this year? So much more morning wood!!! Haha seriously, I've not had morning wood for at least 7 years, because for those 7 years I'd been jacking off to porn every night before bed. Really, none at all, but this year I'd say I get some most mornings now (well, my habit app says I get it 63.2% of the time. Even mornings after I've MO'd sometimes. More often if I'm on Horny Goat Weed... but that makes me want to MO in the morning because I wake up with a rock solid erection haha, so I'm currently staying off the HGW!)
I can't explain how much better a frame of mind it puts you in for the day ahead when you wake up with a hard dick. It's like your body is telling you it's ready to grab the day with both hands and fuck it till you make it your bitch
I hope everyone in this thread has been progressing with their own goals over 2015, whether they're AP90-related or otherwise. Everyone who's working on their own AP90 , whether you've just started, or you've been at it a while and had a couple of setbacks, I would urge you to keep going. The benefits it will bring to your state of mind, clarity of thinking, and motivation for everyday life far outweigh the fact that you'll be giving up something that presently takes up a large chunk of your life. It's easy to lose sight of that day-to-day but looking back at what I've done this year in terms of goals, and also a more active social life etc, the results speak for themselves. Part of me still wants to watch some porn but knowing the effects it had, experiencing the huge change in mental positivity during the first 60 without it, and knowing where it could lead if I used it again, I just can't take that risk. I'm actually scared of looking at porn again now!
