My first day here, about a month ago, I started one of these but didn't keep it updated. I did a variety of programs but my time became limited and I think I may have over trained so I took a week off. Anyways I'm gonna start again with a very light routine I think every other day or 2on/1off. It is:
10-Minutes – Warm Up
Basic Stretching (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches)
10-Minutes – Wet Jelqing (5 second strokes)
120 kegels (2 sets of 60)
Went pretty well. Warmed up for a long time. A little tough to stretch. Had trouble keeping erection when jelqing. Warmed down for a long time. And did a bed fowfer. I'm horny as hell, definitely gonna have sex later.
If anyone has any ideas of what could be added or changed lemme know. I want to try to keep it as short as possible. But maybe do a different routine on day two. Maybe one day jelq, one day stretch.
