    Start date Feb 1st 2012

    I measured my size after first 2 weeks of PE, to minimise EQ gains from growth calculations
    Length measurments are taken with a tape ruller (and I hate that thing), I never can press it hard enought to the bone
    Girth measurments are taken with a soft tape ruller that my wife is using for sewing

    All measurments are taken before PE, usualy at about 90% EQ (I cannt keep it up at 100% with that stupid ruller touching it )

    Starting at Feb 14th 2012
    BPEL - 6.0 , amazing.. from all the possibilities it was 6 inches on the dot.. talk about average
    EG - 5.0 , somewhere from 4.9-5.1 so 5 is good. I measured MEG
    BPFSL - 6.5

    One month in:
    BPEL - 6.0 no change
    EG - 5.0 no change
    BPFSL - 7
    Added 0.5 inch to FSL, interesting.. hopefully will lead to EL

    General remarks:
    Stretching is a bitch, i'm getting hard every time I do stretching and have to take breaks
    Jelquing on the other hand.. I have a hard time keeping it at 70%, usually it's more like 50%
    However, in 4 weeks I learned to feel the blood flow when jelquing and feel the strech in tunica when stretching
    Even though numbers didn't change.. it feels bigger in my hand, longer and fatter.. maybe a placebo effect

    Next check in 4 weeks

    i heard if your jelqing at a lower erection percentage, it goes towards length and higher erection percentage, it goes toward girth, but don't jelq too high of an erection as people say it can be dangerous. other than that, nice log and good luck

    For the second month, I added some new excercises to my routine.
    Until now I was doing JP90 (light)
    - Warm-up: 2-3 minutes under hot shower
    - Stretches to left/right/up/down for 30 kegels each with helicopter shakes and circle stretches in between
    - 3 sets of 40 wet jelqs folowed by 20 v-jelqs
    - Warm down
    About 25-30min in the shower

    I'm 33 with two kids and a wife.. I never get any privacy at home, even when on the pooper I have kids showing me their new toys so going for 1-2hr workouts is not an option

    This month I added v-stretches and super-jelqs (I think), will check results at the end of the month

    On the bright side, I think mt penis got used to PE, I am consistantly at 50% erection during jelqs and boner during stretches is lessens every day
    Oh and the best part, I started gettign morning wood again!!! whohoho!!!

    Another month of JP90 is up and it was time to measure.
    My new measurements are BPEL-6.75 yes, thats .75 inch increase in a month, unbeliveable!
    I measured 3 times yesterday and today in the morning.. I still cann't believe it.. it's amazing!

    Some of it is definately due to EQ increase, that EQ9 that I posted in the beginning was more like 7 or 8 at best, now I think it's finally EQ9, although PE keeps surprising me.. so you may never know..

    EG is still 5 on the dot.. it feels thicker but ruller doesn't lie..
    BPFSL is growing, it's up to 7.5.. so I should expect more gains!

    Other good signs: I get random erections during the day, haven't had those since I was 20
    I also keep erection longer when stop stimulating, usually it was down in seconds after I stop stimulating.. now it takes about 30 sec to go down.. that's good!

    I'll keep same routine for month three, since it's working:

    - Warm-up 5 min under hot water
    - Stretching up, down, left, right for 30 kegels with 20 round streches and helicopter shakes in between
    - 3 v-streches for 5-10 sec
    - Jelqing, I actually don't count them anymore, just do a much slower version of jelqs and v-jelqs (about 5-10 min each)
    - 3 eight second Uli's
    - Warm-down

    The whole thing takes me about 30 min in the shower

    Finished JP90!
    Measured on Apr30th, BPEL 6.8 MEG 5.1 BPFSL 7.5

    In the last month BPEL increased slightly to 6.8, MEG increased a bit as well (FINALLY!) I finally cann't fit into the toilet paper roll!
    BPFSL didn't increase, that propably means that my beginner gains are done from now on it's gonna be hard.

    Total gain for first 3 month: BPEL + 0.8, MEG + 0.1, BPFSL + 1 inch

    Next measure in 3 month since gains should slow down now.

    I'll continue with same routine adding 3 supra-slammers and increasing by 1 slammer every week

    That's great! You've almost gained your first inch! I started with your same length and slightly different girth at 4.75". How many days a week do you do your routine?

    Hi gt,
    I usually do mon, tues and thu, fri with Wednseday and weekend off.
    I noticed that my gains usually come in bunches after a forced break of 3 or more days.

    Here's June 1st and another measure (I coudn't resist 3 month)
    As of June 1st I have 7 inches Whohoho!!!!!
    Girth also increased to 5.25

    I'm following same routine, JP90 with 2-3 V-stretches at the end of streching part and 5 Uli's (Last two weeks I started doing supra-slammers instead of Uli's) at the end of Jelquing part.

    Had a small injury... nothing major .. just a bit of discomfort, I think I overtrained..
    Well take 1 week break
    Somehow I always have to take 1 weekd break every month for one reason or another
