    Hey guys, I've been lurking these forums for a few months now and decided it's time to start a thread. I started doing PE in order to please girls better, pretty much the same reason everyone does. I haven't had any real "horror" stories with girls telling me it was small or anything, but I want to keep it that way.

    A month back when I started the JP90 routine, I measured incorrectly using string and a measuring tape and thought I was bigger than I am. So just words of advice to you all, get a proper flexible clothing measuring tape for the most accurate (and sometimes depressing) results.

    Before PE I was about 6.25"-6.5" BPEL depending on EQ. Right now on my one month date I'm measuring a solid 6.75" BPEL. This sounds good and all, but to my horror, using the flexible tape I'm only 4.25" EG under the glans, and it stays about the same until I reach about 2 inches from the base where it becomes 4.75" then 5.0". The question is, should I take an average of the three? I feel like I'm lying to myself saying I'm 5.0" MEG.

    Anyways, stats:

    Height: 6'0"
    Caucasian

    EG Glans: 4.25"
    Mid EG: 4.25"
    BEG: 5.0" (reverse baseball bat dick)

    Very conservative NBPEL: 6.25"
    BPEL: 6.75"


    I'm going to concentrate on mostly girth exercises because honestly I think I'll be pretty satisfied when I hit 7.0" BPEL, which I expect won't be far off. Just gotta get rid of this pencil dick syndrome I got. Wish me luck. I'm gonna update this every month.

    I think the proper way to measure girth is midway point on the shaft. So not right under the head but the thickest part in the middle of the shaft. If your thickest part is right below midshaft then that is your girth...so prob 4.75".

    Official measurements are MSEG. Lots of people measure GlansEG, MSEG, and BEG and that way if you are targeting a specific are you can tell if it's working. So keep your measurement how it is now.

    New stats as of the second month:

    04/09/2012

    BPEL: 7.00" (+.25)
    NBPEL: 6.5" (+.25)

    MSEG: 4.50" (+.25)
    BEG: 5.50" (+.50)

    So I gained a .25" almost all around. Obviously I was pretty damn excited to hit 7". But to be honest, the girth increase was MUCH more needed. Gained a quarter on MSEG and a half inch at the base, which I can tell is obviously much thicker. I'm still not incredibly happy with the final product, but I still have this last month before my JP90 is done. Hopefully I can gain more girth, I don't want to gain much more length to be honest, maybe .50" at most.

    After this next month I'm gonna start targeting girth specifically with squeezes and maybe a clamp. I'm pretty sure I'm already conditioned, but no need to change if I'm gaining like this.

    Measurements as of 05/09/12:

    BPEL: 6.80" (not quite 7" like last month)
    NBPEL: 6.50"

    MSEG: 4.60" (+.10)
    BEG: 5.50"

    I took about 2 weeks off from my routine and it seems my BPEL isn't quite 7.00 like it was last month. I didn't expect to make much gains for the short duration I PE'd last month. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my girth increased just slightly, and that I didn't lose any progress there.

    I'm going to continue my hybrid routine of jelqs and squeezes now that I'm 3 months in officially.
