  • My way towards curing Prem-ejac

    I've been doing JP's starting routine for the past few days and following many advices for curing my premature ejaculation. I decided to pack it all up inside a small journal to track my progress. I think this will greatly help me out.

    My main goal is to get rid of my premature ejaculation. Trying to have sex when you know you are most likely to lose control is a real burden I have to tell you. I just want to be able to control my arousal and ejaculation up to a certain extent. I dont have unrealistic expectations, I just want a normal sex life, where every time that me and my girlfriend want to have sex, I wont think of my prem-ej AT ALL.
    While I work my way towards total control, Im also going to try JP's beginner routine as well. My size is 7" and 5,3". From what I read in here its a decent size for someone who never tried any penis enlargement exercises whatsoever, so I wont focus on that much.

    My sex life was never intense. Not many girlfriends and experiences for me. Was never good at getting women and didnt care about it too. I was ok with porn and masturbation, and on a daily basis too. The rules were simple. I was bored, turned on porn, got my erection in no time, a few dozen strokes and I was done and happy about it. I think this is why Im here now trying to find a solution.

    The past months, Im finally in a serious relationship and my prem ejaculation is giving me a hard time from time to time. Sometimes I will last a few minutes, some over an hour, and only a few 1' tops. I know that prem-ejac is curable and only takes courage , determination and patience. Thats why I will be writing in here daily just so I can keep track of what I do and see if there is progress from time to time.

    Everyone please feel free to comment or give my advice.

    Ok my first day (or at least my first day that Im keeping track of in here).
    I do regular edging/balloning regularly. Always try to keep track of my arousal and keep it at about 7/10, 10 being my PONR. For now, Im doing the start stop technique to get used at figuring how close I am to my PONR. Getting my erection, edge till I see my PONR is a few strokes away, then stop, wait, continue. I do this many times every time I edge. Sometimes I will also ballon and arouse my soft spot, which I find really hard to do sometimes without go past my PONR.

    Did 2-3 edging sessions today. The two lasted about 20' while the third, only 10'. I edge by moving the foreskin up and down at a slow speed for now. Every time I noticed my arousal was above 7 I just slowed down a bit and regained control. However, after several minutes, I started to move dangerously towards my PONR, tried to slow down but nothing. Before my PONR, I just stop and kegel hard for 10''. Then I resume edging. I did this many times today. The third time I edged, I tried to ballon a bit too to make it a bit more challenging. However I lost control and stepped over my PONR. Even though I kegeled really hard, I coundnt prevent ejaculation. I know its only natural and part of the learning progress so I dont really mind.

    Also did 70 reverse kegels. Im still having a bit trouble doing these 100% correct but in time I will be able to do them with ease.
    Lastly I did JP's PE routine.
    All in all, was a good day, expect the ballon incident.

        Did the usual PE exercises today. All good. I think my unit can take a lot more punishment but I must follow the routine for now.
        After that I did some edging. Medium speed and steady pace. I was relaxed the whole time and had a lot of confidence. I didnt get close to the PONR for about 15'. When I did i just used a hard kegel for 10'' to lower my arousal and kept going like that. Took a lot less time to reach my PONR again but did the same. Did that 4 times. I decided to switch to balloning as I was edging for more than 30' like that. I find that balloning is a lot harder but somehow I didnt reach my PONR for like 3-4'. Unfortunately I came really close to the PONR and got past it for a little. Did a really hard kegel and had a partial ejaculation.

        After that I did 70 reverse kegels. They felt easier to do than yesterday. I always do a little kegel between reverse kegel to reset my muscles down there.

        I think I need to avoid balloning for a while as I find it pretty hard. I'll just edge.

            I did my PE routine first thing in the morning today. Was pretty good. I can feel the pressure through my penis during the whole workout. I need to be careful though and not use too much force. I said I should take it slow. Injure always lurks around the corner.
            I didnt have time to edge though. Now its really late and im pretty tired so I dont think I should try it now. Tomorrow I will just do my PE routine aswell and not edge as I will probably have sex anyways in the afternoon and night.
            I dont think I should try edging during the weekings. Im having lots of sex during theses days. Sex is the best practise I think.

              I didnt do any PE exercises the past 2 days as JP's routine insists that I need to take 2 days off to avoid injures.
              As I said before, during the weekends, I get to have sex plenty of times, so I dont endge. I think of these days as test, where I just see if I get any closer towards healing my pre-e case.
              Friday: Had sex once with my girlfriend. ER was good, but could have been better. Even though I could last longer, I saw her reaching her peak so I decided to have an orgasm with her at the same time. We love it when this happens. She reached climax within 1' and her orgasm was really intense, said she loved it.

              Saturday: Had sex twice. The erection quality was great! First one lasted about 5-10', I didnt really see the time. Same thing as Friday happened. When I saw my girlfriend was about to climax I let myself go aswell. However she didnt had an orgasm so we had to stop. A few hours later we had sex again. My girlfriend was feeling pain as I was really hard, she said she cant cum like that, so I just tested myself for a while. Start and stop, similar to edging. About an hour later, I decided to stop. Didnt ejaculate as I dont care about ejaculation anymore anyways...

              Today: Also had sex twice. Erection quality was also great today, really hard the whole time. First time was really short but had to be as we reached climax at the same time again and it was good. Took about 3-5'. I'm still happy as she had a great orgasm. After a few times we had sex again. I lasted over an hour. However my girlfriend couldnt reach orgasm again so I decided to go really fast and ejaculate.

              Thus far I dont see any real results during sex. I hope to see some soon.

                    Log regarding 19/3/12

                    Had night shift yesterday so I couldnt write my log. Did JP's PE routine, everything went ok. Can feel the stretch. I can take a lot more punishment but Im just taking it slow. Also did a little edging. 2 PONR reaches and stops with kegeling. Not very very close to PONR as I dont want to accidentally ejaculate. I had sex plenty of times during the past weekend so I dont want to have an ejaculation yet. Also did 70 reverse kegels. Theses still feel a bit weird but Im slowly getting used to them. I just lightly kegel, just to reset and then Im squeezing urine and feces out. If I find myself wanting to urinate when Im doing these, then I think I must be doing them right. Time will tell. Time for today's workout.

                    I also think I need to change my edge tactic. I will just go slow/medium and reach my PONR, then kegel hard for 10". Then I'll do the same thing like 10 times or so.
                    Im really getting used to these workouts. As a natural bodybuilder (basically a guy that hits heavy weights 5h/week for the past 10 years or so) its really easy for me to be patient and not wait for immediate results. If I find bad thoughts roaming around in my mind, I just think how long it took me to bench my bodyweight. It may have taken years, but look at me now. I can lift more than any guy in the gym. Patience is the key.

                      I did my PE exercises this morning. All good. Also did a little edging. Now when Im edging I just count the number of PONRs I encounter and avoid with hard kegeling.
                      I did 80 reverse too. Im starting to get the feeling that I do these correct, as I start to feel sore somewhere inside my pelvis after doing about 50 or so of them at once ( I hold each one for about 3-4'').

                      However, what I want say is that I think I had my first DRY ORGASM!!!
                      I had spare time not long ago, so I decided to edge. I started normally, normal speed and kept an eye on my arousal. Also did a few light reverse kegels to check what impact it has. I reached my first PONR after about 10'. Notice that I dont go slower when I see my arousal climbing, I just try to lower it with kegels and reverse kegels. I kegeled hard for 15" and started again.

                      I reached my second PONR and felt I had to stop or I would trigger ejaculation. I felt something similar to a normal orgasm. Not spasms and was quite of a lighter feeling. A nervous feeling similar to an orgasm, yet lighter. A lot lighter. I kegeled hard and stopped ejaculation easily. I didnt even have to apply a hard kegel and it stopped.

                      After what I felt, suddenly edging became A WHOLE LOT easier. I didnt feel those irreqular spasms in my pelvis anymore and no matter how fast I was going I didnt have ANY feeling to ejaculate for like 2-3 minutes. Note that I didnt lose ANY % of my erection. I was feeling like I ejaculated but I didnt! It was great. After 2-3' I had to go really fast and keep a hard kegel to bring back the feeling that my PONR is closing again.
                      I continued normally and kegelled before it but I think I stopped too soon. I continued again and I accidentaly stepped over it then and had a partial ejaculation and a feeling like a really small orgasm again. When I saw I couldnt stop it I just let go and went really fast, then I can swear I felt the normal orgasm. After my ejaculation.

                      The think that happened was a dry orgasm right? PLz tell me it is! Im having a major confidence boost at the moment.

                          Did my usual PE routine yesterday. Went ok. Did 80 reverse kegels. Im getting good at these I think. I can definitely feel a tiny muscle there getting a bit sore after my RK reps.
                          Also did some edging. Took me long to hit the first PONR. Maybe was because I was a bit destracted with the movie that was on TV (Iron man 2 ).
                          After 4 PONRs and succeded kegels right at the edge of ejaculation I decided to spice things up a bit and went a bit further. When the feeling that tells me ejaculation is about to start came, I kegeled hard but feld it was out of control. I kegeled REALLY hard and had a good orgasm, but unfortunately had a partial ejaculation. It was about 2 tiny drops of transparent fluid and a tiny bit of sperm. My erection went away like it was a normal ejaculation.

                          Today my girlfriend came home so I could practise sex. I lasted 10' of deep and semi quick thrusts. My gf had already an orgasm through oral sex so she couldnt orgasm again so soon. I decided to ejaculate as we didnt have much time. It was ok actually. Pretty intense if you ask me. Im doing good thus far.

                          A while ago I also did my PE exercises with a bit more intensity and 80 reverse kegels. All good.

                          I know that even I had a dry orgasm, I still need a lot of training to have another one. Time and patience will reward me. Cheers me.

                              I know I have 3-4 days to write in this log, didnt have any time actually.
                              Was with the wife the whole weekend so I didnt do any PE (need 2 days off anyways so little harm done right?) and no edging at all. Had plenty of good sex as practice though which was really great.

                              I didnt have any extreme and uncontrolled urge to cum during the times we had sex and my lady seemed to enjoy it a lot. Sometimes she had intercourse orgasms and sometimes I made her cum during foreplay, she couldnt resist stopping me. When I got the urge to ejaculate, I would just stop and kegel a bit. Then I just continued. My lady enjoys sex even after having an orgasm, even if she she cant have another one without a break. However, the thing that terrified me the most, the penetrating ejaculation, is gone for good I think. A few times, I could not even penetrate her without the huge urge to cum. Now I just relax and do my job happier and longer. I really like where this is going.
