    Measurements after today's workout

    (measurements where taking after edging)

    NBPEL 5.00"

EG: 5.5" (might be wrong using a MYoTape so it hard to measure)

Which is a better way to measure, NBPEL or BPEL?

You always want to measure bone pressed. This is the only way to truly track your progress.

          I like your name...

Be careful on your Kegels. You seem to be doing a lot. You can over-Kegel just as easily as you can over-Jelq and over-Stretch.

Ive heard this before...just wondered, why is this? If one is fairly certain his bodyfat particulalry aeound the groin is stable, would a normal non bone pressed not show results?

The thing is most people aren't certain about their bodyfat being stable. It usually varies over time. That's the reason a bone pressed measurement is the most accurate.
              Starting BPEL 7.4" NBPEL 6.8" EG 5.2"
              Now BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 7" EG 5.2"
              Short-term Goal BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 7" EG 5.5"

Thanks for the advice.. i will cut 1 sets of V's and Js out...
maybe switch to your beginner's routine in the near future!(have to research all the exercises and get them down pack or else i would have started out with it)....but we will see how it works out for little willy...lol
