So it has been a month since I started PE/jp90.

Overall experience has been positive as I have seen some growth or it might be better EQ (Definitely, got better hang/flaccid). I have uploaded some images too.

Apart from jp90, I have also been using BM. I don't want to rush it so keeping my session to 40 - 45 minutes. I'll increase the intensity progressively.

I appreciate pegym community for support and valuable information which helps thousands to reach their goals.
