I am a new member here and I would like to share my progress with all of you!
My excercise routine is a routine I have made by myself, reading many different technique and methods.
It is basically only Jelqing and Strech while Jelq.
Here is my weekly excercise schedule:
Monday ~ Friday
5 ~ 10 minute Warming Up
500 Jelq - Jelq and strech at the end of each jelq. Usually my jelq are of 2 ~ 3 seconds.
5 ~ 10 minute Warming Down
Saturday and Sunday
Fully resting my lifetime mate ;D
Because I am still quite young, I cannot stay more than 3 days without masturbating or sex so I guess this will be a PE while having a active sexual life.
I will try this program for 6 months and see what I was able to gain.
Making a progress log will help my motivation!

PS* I just joined PE Gym Forum today 26/03/2012 but I actually started my PE on 28/02/2012, so been almost a month from this post).
Current (28/02/2012) BPEL 6.1" (15.5 cm)
EG 5" (12.8 cm)
My 6 months goal is 6" NBPEL and 5.5" EG
