Salutations!
I'm a 23 year old male and this log will play a key role in my quest for PE. Keeping logs in the past has helped motivate me to lose weight, overcome picky eating, and make my memory sharper so I expect this journal to do the same.
So to begin, I've known about PE for quite some time. Around eight years ago I came across a few websites that explained PE and focused on exercises such as jelqing. I wasn't quite sure if I needed to do these exercises because I hadn't finished puberty yet, but over the years I'd try to stretch and jelq for possibly a week at most and then forget about PE for several months. My technique was poor and misinformed, I went through negative indicators such as red spots and congestion on top of the shaft in the shape of a lump. But those were things of the past and now I can go through more intense workouts while seeing positive indicators thanks to sites like these.
Starting March 13th, 2009, my measurements were:
BPEL 7.2
NBEL 6.7
EG 5.0
Sometimes the numbers fluctuate, I've seen the bone press go up to 7.5 and sometimes only 7.0.
My current goal is to gain .8 inches in length and .5 inches in girth, just to start out small.
My routine consists of;
10 minutes of warm up, hot cloth covering all of the groin
5-10 minutes of stretches, going up/down/left/right/forward while doing kegels
300-400 wet jelqs
A random advanced exercise for five minutes (might be ULIs one day, O-bends the next)
100 kegels
Warm down with a shower
I try other techniques too, such as fowfers on the chair or in bed. I try to relax as much as possible while doing this so it's best to do fowfers during a meditation session. I also edge. The other night I edged for three hours straight without losing an erection, which is something I haven't seen in a few years.
PIs include waking up with an erection in the morning and warm itchiness underneath the shaft around the glans.
There is one other thing I do that seemed dangerous at first but feels safer now and temporarily increases girth by .5 inches. What I did was take an old sock and cut off the part that the foot goes into so it looks like a wrist band. The first time I placed it over my penis, pulled the band back and then twisted it once to create a loop, then I placed the loop over the shaft and made sure it went all the way down to the base. This of course, hurt. Not excruciating pain but it felt like I was being grasped really tightly. I left it on for ten minutes before pulling it up (it comes off immediately each time.) The girth expansion was amazing, I measured 5.5 in and definitely felt plump afterwards for several minutes.
As I continued doing this over the next month the "sock band" became looser and looser, requiring more loops. But I'm still using the same one and still see an expansion of .5 inches each time, with the duration of the sock band clamp lasting longer. If I start to feel uncomfortable, I take it off. Sometimes the loops cause the skin to be slightly pinched, which is just a matter of readjusting the band and pulling it down further the base. I've tried jelqing and edging while doing this and it's an amazing experience, but I feel as if I must do some more research to see if this will help cause any future gains.
And so we come to the end of my rather long first entry. I'm not sure if I'll post results every week or every fortnight, we'll have to see.

I was just wondering what you mean by congestion? I understand its a lump from poor PE'ing and I have done poor PE'ing in the past as well. And I do have a strange lump that almost looks like a BB under my skin. Is that deformity going to cause any health issues? Or is there any way to get rid of the " congestion " ? I just related to this thread so I thought I would ask some questions, I promise I wasn't trying to jack your thread....... Also remember it isn't really recommended to do a hard routine until you do a beginners guide to help condition your penis. It will slow your gains from everything I have read at this forum so far. Good luck. Also if you know the answers to the questions I asked (or anyone who reads this post) you can PM me to avoid your thread from getting jack from info you already know about. ajy, the congestion is a build up of fluid. I forget where I read about it (it might've been thunders) but basically the flaccid state becomes plump and there's difficulty in obtaining an erection. The lump feels like a small, soft kneecap on the shaft. It went away on its own after two or three days of rest and the flaccid state returned to normal. Orgasms might help reduce it but I'm not exactly sure.
I've also conditioned my penis starting back in late 2007 to now while studying information from PE sites, which is why I've moved onto more advanced routines. 50 - 100 jelqs just don't make my flaccid feel full anymore.3/13/09 - BPEL - 7.2 NBEL - 6.7 EG - 5.0

Hi there,
It's been four weeks since I started my log. I've been holding off from chiming in because I hadn't seen any gains until recently, but it was worth the wait!
I've added .2 inches to my BPEL and .3 inches to my girth. Over the week I'd measure my girth to make sure I wasn't seeing things and I repeatedly see the same results. And better yet, when I would do the sock band clamp I saw an increase from 5.5 girth to 5.7 girth. This makes me hopeful that I'll reach 5.5 without the SBC within the next three to four weeks.
The original workout has been slightly modified and seems to be working. My routine is two days on, one day off with a few sessions of edging every day. Sometimes I miss two or three days of workouts but the rest is essential.
Speaking of rest, I've decided that my rest week will start on May 1st. It's kind of silly, but I see the routine as if I'm reading music. The weeks are represented by beats for every bar. It looks like this: beat beat beat beat | beat beat beat rest | and so on. As I progress I'll have to change it up a bit to keep things interesting.3/13/09 - BPEL - 7.2 NBEL - 6.7 EG - 5.0

Hello again,
It's been 8 weeks since I've started writing down my PE efforts and I don't regret it one bit.
So the past four weeks have been rather interesting. Last time I mentioned I was going to take the week long break this week, but I actually took it much earlier than planned and did it on my fifth week. The result of the break ended with the loss of gains, as my girth returned to 5.0in and the BPEL went down to 7.3in. However I continued with my workouts and not only did the gains return, but I gained .1 in in girth and .1 in BPEL. My measurements as of May 9th, 2009:
5.4 EG
7.5 BPEL
That's .4 and .3 inches of gains in 2 months! I'm almost at my first girth goal but I still have .5 inches left to obtain my length goal. I'm certain I can reach this within the next 3-4 months.
As for changes in my routine, I haven't been as consistent as I once was with the 2 day on 1 day off. PE is something I try to fit in in a weekly schedule, trying to do it at least 3 to 4 times a week around midnight. I have tried using a homemade ADS for 20 minutes throughout the day but I'm not sure if I'll see any results from it. (The idea for it came from the "A Frugal ADS" thread on Thunders.)

Time flies when you're busy PEing.
Hello again, I'm chiming in as I have officially reached my 13th week of logging down my PE stats. This time around I can gladly say I've added another .2 inches to the BPEL and .1 inch to my EG, making my current stats:
BPEL - 7.7in
EG - 5.5in
That's .5 inches in both length and girth in the past 90 days! Better yet, even though I'm .3 in away from the current length goal I reached my original girth goal! Not only that, but I've seen the girth reach 5.6in so I can assume more gains are on the way.
PE hasn't been exactly running smoothly, as I ran into a bit of a scare back in Week 9. Things were going fine until I stupidly jelqed while erect during one of my PE sessions. Even though I only PE three times a week I must've overtrained and it ruined everything. Not only did I lose my gains but I lost some original size too. I immediately took a rest week for Week 10 but didn't see any change after taking time off from PE. I also felt soreness up until a week ago. A few days after the soreness disappeared my gains had returned and the new ones appeared too. Is this a common cycle? To have gains (and then some) disappear then reappear with newer gains later? I believe I already experienced this before, but the duration of the soreness was much shorter.
Before I depart I'd like to say that even though I'm ecstatic with the gains I'm disappointed that neither my NBPFL nor NBPEL seem to be changing. I guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens in the next 11 weeks.3/13/09 - BPEL - 7.2 NBEL - 6.7 EG - 5.0

Good luck vanil, just keep you patience and determination, youve ssen gains, just imagine if you haven't loss any then (Week 9). Just be cool and simple, PE works in very enigmatic manner, much more it has different reaction in different guy, as I have understand to your log you are a less is more guy I envy you. Just maintain that 3x a week and your routine.. Congrats in your gain

Loosing your gain is common if you overtrain, I guess it is reffered as turtling, and soreness was a negative PI. It means youhave been overtraining. Good luckMarch 4, 2009 BPEL5.25xEG4.5

So it's been two months since I last checked in and these past two months have been absolutely terrible. Oh, and PE has been terrible too.
Around June 20th I lost my gains and then some. I didn't think it'd last long but my EQ has been extremely weak since that day. I've taken three weeks off since June 20th and the gains returned for a few days but my EQ wasn't the same as before. Then the other day I started to notice that when I orgasm I no longer shoot but dribble and I have this "clogged" feeling when it happens. What I mean is that normally I feel like I explode down there, but now it feels like something is filtering the explosion, as if there's mini-kegels going on mid shaft. I've also noticed that I have trouble getting aroused.
I've tried drinking green tea, exercising with a lot of cardio, hypnosis, marijuana, and sleeping at my grandparents house across the state to get away from the stress and calm me down but nothing seems to be working. I'm not going to give up on PE but I really consider this to be a dark time since I seemed to be so close to obtaining my first goal two months ago and now I've been set way back. I just hope that by the next time I check in I'll have returned to normal or better yet gained.
