    Greetings my PE brethren! I've been here for about 6 months mostly lurking, but now I'm ready to take it more seriously and need some good advice and sugestions. Im almost done with my JP 90 days, just few more days to go. My gains are satisfying, few milimeters in length and girth, and a large protruding vein in the middle of my shaft, which wasn't there before, better EQ.
    I've tried to do 5 days on 2 days of, but because I couldn't find enough private time, i barely get 2 on 1 off in total, which I vould like to improve.

    After I finish, i immediately plan to restart the routine, but I vould like to know which new exercise to include. What do you think it is best at this moment?
    My goal is to get an overall larger penis.

    My BPEL is about 6.5 inch, and my EG is 5.1

    I would do the routine and then when you are close to finishing it we can look for better exercises for you. You may find that you either gain length or girth easier so to tell what will be good for you in 90 days may not really help you when 90 days are done. I like the idea of adding to or modifying the 90 day program. It is a great routine and makes a great base for advanced sessions later. Some of the things we could consider when you are closer are slightly changing the stretches like taking the 5 way strtches and doing them bundled and adding tunica tugs is always another quick but effective addition. I am in favor of looking to add more work without making it become an all day routine.
    I actually went from 5 way to bundled 5 ways and added 5 tunica tugs and 5 A-stretches. I also increased my circle stretches and that made a great difference without adding much more in the way of time to my routine.

    I appreciate your input. I also planned just to include few minor additions to my routine, I've heard that those tunica tugs are efficient, but I cant seem to find their description anywhere here. Could you please describe it to me how it is done, or provide a link? I will probably also include some bundled and flaccid stretch.
