I'm going to post on this every day now. Let the adventure begin! I'm going to start with JP's 90 day beginners routine but modified a bit, wish me luck! The reason i'm doing this is because I'm tired of feeling like I can't get my member up and as hard as I wan't it. It needs to be more conditioned. Also, I'm quitting porn, which I think has desensitized me a huge amount! I'm looking for a heightened sense of self esteem, accomplishment, and discipline.
I'm going to try to do a two days on, one off, two on, two off schedule... Monday, Tuesday, Off, Thursday, Friday, Off, Off
Here's exactly how i'm going to modify my workout:
1) warm up: 8-10 min heating pad
2) Stretching:
- Do a bunch of helicopters
- Slowly stretch all the way to the left and do 25 kegels while holding the stretch. Without letting go of the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 big circles one way and 10 the other way (Rub hand against belly on these).
- Helicopters
- Stretch to right and do 25 kegels then 10 big circles both ways
- Helicopters
- Stretch straight out and do 25 kegels and do 10 circles both ways
- Helicopters
- Stretch straight up, do kegels, then big circles
- Helicopters
3) Jelqing:
- 1st set - 50 wet jelqs, 30 V-jelqs and then rest
- 2nd set- 50 wet jelqs, 30 v-jelqs
4) Warm down: 8-10 min heating pad
****** Increase each set of wet jelqs and v-jelqs by +5 each every week! This means, week two will have 55 wet jelqs and 35 v jelqs for the 1st set... Same for the second set - overall increase of 20 jelqs ******
