    I'm going to post on this every day now. Let the adventure begin! I'm going to start with JP's 90 day beginners routine but modified a bit, wish me luck! The reason i'm doing this is because I'm tired of feeling like I can't get my member up and as hard as I wan't it. It needs to be more conditioned. Also, I'm quitting porn, which I think has desensitized me a huge amount! I'm looking for a heightened sense of self esteem, accomplishment, and discipline.

    I'm going to try to do a two days on, one off, two on, two off schedule... Monday, Tuesday, Off, Thursday, Friday, Off, Off


    Here's exactly how i'm going to modify my workout:
    1) warm up: 8-10 min heating pad

    2) Stretching:
    - Do a bunch of helicopters
    - Slowly stretch all the way to the left and do 25 kegels while holding the stretch. Without letting go of the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 big circles one way and 10 the other way (Rub hand against belly on these).
    - Helicopters
    - Stretch to right and do 25 kegels then 10 big circles both ways
    - Helicopters
    - Stretch straight out and do 25 kegels and do 10 circles both ways
    - Helicopters
    - Stretch straight up, do kegels, then big circles
    - Helicopters

    3) Jelqing:
    - 1st set - 50 wet jelqs, 30 V-jelqs and then rest
    - 2nd set- 50 wet jelqs, 30 v-jelqs

    4) Warm down: 8-10 min heating pad

    ****** Increase each set of wet jelqs and v-jelqs by +5 each every week! This means, week two will have 55 wet jelqs and 35 v jelqs for the 1st set... Same for the second set - overall increase of 20 jelqs ******

    I joined here a couple days after I started PE... I'll just catch up here.

    Day 1 - Tuesday 3/24/12 - First day, BPEL: 6.10, still have to do girth. 10 minute warm up using a heating pad. Did stretching up, down, left, and right 30 seconds each twice through. Did 10 minutes of wet jelqing. 50 kegels trying to do about 5 seconds each and held it for as long as I could on the last one. Almost a 10 minute heating session to end with heating pad. Had a hard time knowing if I was at the right erection level for jelqing and had trouble keeping it up.

    Day 2 - Wednesday 3/25/12 - did the same routine as yesterday. Still had trouble with keeping it up and knowing if it was the right percentage.

    Day 3 - Thursday 3/26/12 - I read about the 90 day beginner program. Honestly, I think it sounds like a lot for a beginner but I'll give it a go. Didn't have much time so I didn't do much or at all of a warm down. Did all of the stretches and my penis felt like it was more elastic and longer and overall more stretched out compared to the previous days stretching. Had tried the helicopter the day before but wasn't warmed up and had trouble. Then, after being warmed up and stretched it worked perfectly and made sense hahahah. Only did two sets of the jelqs due to being in a rush. Did one set of the v-jelq... I did it bw my index and middle finger because it felt a lot more comfortable that way. Had trouble keeping it up again especially during the v-jelq. Going to take tomorrow off, I def think I need it.

      Day 4 - Friday 4/27/12 - Rest Day, my hang feels and looks better than it did the last couple of days! I expected to feel like I had overtrained; maybe not? We will see! I got hard and it was the best erection i've had in a while! Measured erect girth and it was 5 inches.

      From now on, I'm going to go with JP's schedule two on, one off, two on, two off like I said above... What i'm going to do is The routine but instead of 3 sets of the jelqs and v jelqs i'm just going to do 2 each. This is because that's about what I did yesterday and it feels good. I'll measure in a month or so and change the routine if I have all positive PIs etc.

        Day 5 - Saturday 4/28/12 - Rest Day, dick felt pretty elastic and like I could handle a workout. Since it's my first week i'm going to let it rest though. I did do a little bit of an edging session... Not too much though and I didn't ejaculate (besides the pre-cum that seeped out). Plus, I'm still a week strong without porn!

          Day 6 - Sunday 4/29/12 - I was going to make this a rest day but my dick felt rested and ready to be worked out. I did the workout I have posted at the top. Today, my hands really started hurting during the stretching portion. Plus, I couldn't get comfortable and felt like I was tensing my entire body too much. I think I'm going to lie down from now on and just make sure to do some good helicopter to get the blood back out. I gotta trim! I think i'm doing the v jelqs right, but i can't seem to get as much blood pushed out as the normal jelqs. Maybe I need to use something different to make it more slippery? Overall, good morning workout and ready for tomorrow!

          Later in the day I did a pretty long edging session because I was horny as f*ck (and still am). I haven't cum in a week now and haven't looked at porn either! I measured myself in at 6.35-4 BPEL! Holy Sh*t! However, this is SO much longer than my non bone pressed which is weird compared to what I have seen from other people...

            Day 7 - Monday 4/30/12 - Today, I tried to up my jelqs by 5 each set. I did that with the normal jelqs. I forgot I was only supposed to do 35 for the v jelqs and did 55 the first set for that for some reason. I did both sets of the normal, but quit on the second set of v jelqs when I realized I had already done so many the first set. ALSO, the v jelqs aren't working for me at all! I don't feel like i'm pushing any blood up at all and it's very uncomfortable. I'm going to try to figure out if I'm doing it wrong or what. Overall, I felt good today regarding my hang and positive pi's. We will see tomorrow how my dick feels and then decide on whether I should work it out or not.

              Day 8 - Tuesday 5/1/12 - Rest Day, I might have been able to do a workout but I figured a little rest couldn't hurt me.

                Day 9 - Wednesday 5/2/12 - Today was supposed to be a workout day, but I had literally stayed up all night doing homework and felt horrible. I jacked off probably three times and definitely didn't work out. I'm mad at myself but will workout tomorrow for sure. I can and will get back on track. No more porn either; I broke down for the first time. I also realized I'm using facebook as a "porn" outlet. NO more of this!!!!!!

                  Day 10 - Thursday 5/3/12 - Today was a pretty successful workout overall. I think I figured out a good way to v jelq: when I curl, make sure to curl fingertips all the way up so i'm pushing in all directions. Also, remember to do the v-jelq side to side; I keep forgetting to do that! Jelqing went well, especially when I tried this thing where I jelqed down the shaft then held it near the glans and then squeezed with my other hand at the base too. The blood was trapped in the end and the pressure felt like it was definitely something that would force the penis to grow. Did 55 jelqs, 35 V, 55 jelqs, 35 V. Along with a shower warm up (which didn't seem to do a good job!) and not really a warm down unfortunately. Oh yeah, I also tried doing the helicopters a little faster which surprisingly felt better (like how I should be doing it maybe).

                    **** New exercise **** Do bed fowfers periodically and when i'm going to bed. Don't do with too much intensity and remember to switch sides!

                      Day 11 - Friday 5/4/12 - Today was a f*ckin awesome workout! I did some bed fowfers for warm up and then the heating pad to finish it off. Stretches were great. Note to self: spread my legs out for stretches because it feels like my ligs get a better stretch that way. Also, get my hands on some baby powder for grip. Did 55 jelqs and ended that set by squeezing with both hands. I'm not sure if I imagined it, but it looked like while I was doing this squeezing that the tip was so red it was purple momentarily. Again, I might have imagined it. V-jelqs felt as good as they have ever since i'm squeezing the front with my pointer finger too instead of just the sides. Did 35 of those, 55 jelqs, and 35 more v jelqs. Note to self again: find some real lube. ** I'm wondering if I overdid it and will see tomorrow how I feel. **

                        Day 12 - Saturday 5/5/12 - Rest day, pretty dang sore. Hang still low though. I did a ton of bed fowfers today though. I like those and will keep doing them. Late night with Marisa, we only kissed but I got extremely hard while we were on the roof. I could tell I wasn't as consistently hard though when we went inside because I think I was worrying about it. If I stay away from porn and keep doing my workouts and increasing my confidence i'm sure I won't have that problem. I know this because I didn't worry about it on the roof and I was rock hard.

                          Day 13 - Sunday 5/6/12 - Rest day, dick is pretty sore but my hang is still pretty good! I think I should keep my jelqs at the same number for this week, it felt pretty intense.

                            Day 14 - Monday 5/7/12 - First day of exams today, woke up with some nice morning wood! I did fowfers last night before bed but didn't sleep that way. Penis feels nice and rested so i'm going to go ahead and do this workout:

                            Warm Up
                            Normal stretches (legs spread apart a little)
                            60 jelqs, 35 v jelqs - 1st set
                            55 jelqs, 35 v jelqs - 2nd set
                            2 hand squeeze (keep blood in head and kegel) at the end of the last set
                            Warm Down

                            Did the workout and it went really well. Everything is positive. I really need to remember to spread my legs more for stretching and to go from side to middle to side during v jelqs though. Not sure if I'm just slightly sore or if i'm going too hard. Since PIs seem positive i'm guessing i'm just a little sore. This should be the workout I do this week.

                              Day 15 - Tuesday 5/8/12 - I stayed up all night studying and so decided not to work out because it felt like my dick needed rest. Then..... around midnight that night I noticed that my flaccid seemed thicker (completely flaccid). It looked like I just had more skin than before. I got hard and at my very hardest (couldn't keep it this hard for too long) I measured at 6.4ish BPEL.
