    Hallo,

    First sorry my english is not the best, i'm from europe.

    I'm in my mid thirtys and was always worried about my little penis. I heard about PE in 2007 but I thought it's a spam and that can't work.

    However in march 2009 i started PE an wow it works.
    Since march i do basic stretches (left, right, up, down and out) in the first month about 15-20 minutes and now 25-30 minutes
    I do jelqs rarely because im affraid that i can hurt me. I have never warm up and warm down, because i don't have much privacy, but i have never get bad injurys.

    In three month i gained 0,8' in length and about 0,4' in EG.
    I want to gain like Big Al, Jelktoid or the other Softgainers, quick an much hope this happens.

    Congratulations on your gains, however I would submit to you that you NEED TO WARMUP and by not doing so you cost yourself even greater gains. Blood flow and softened tissue (from warmups) are essential in stretching all parts of your unit. Its good that you haven't injured yourself as not warming up you increase that risk. HEAT IT UP GOOD and experience even greater gains!!

      You don't Jelq at all ?

      Do you do Keggels ?
      July 2009: BPEL = 6" EG = 4.5" FL= 2.75"
      Aug 2009: BPEL = 6.5" EG = 4.75" FL= 2.5"
      (2010 to 2016: did nothing)
      Feb 2017: BPEL = 6"
      Mar 2017: BPEL = 6.25" EG = 5"


      Current: BPEL = 6.25" EG= 5"

        Iknow a good warm up can help increasing gains and helps avoiding injurys but it's to time intensive, i'll try to warm up ever when i can.

        My routine is 5 days on 2 days off and i do jelqs about 10 minutes and 2-3 days in a week.
        Kegels are the easiest routine, i kegel every time sometimes 30 minutes a day.
