Hi,
I am new to PE just call me khaizer.But after reading some articles and success stories.
I decided to give it a try.Though I've seen some newbie gains.
I create this for motivation and to motivate others.
Here's my routine and starting stats.
I decided to try remek's routine from the book "Penile Exercising".
10 min warm up
5 min stretching
10 min jelquing
1day on/2days off
Stats is on my signature..
Hope for success on our journey to a bigger penis..

Hello there fellow PEER's,
After 1 month of PE,
I just share my little experience to PE and for other beginners out there to help...
I gradually move to 1 on/1 off schedule...
I have seen some flaccid gains and rock hard EQ...
I don't want to measure now, because I want it next month...
Trying to understand the PI's and TGC theory, thanks to our vet's here...
For my fellow beginners, don't hesitate to try and read those theories I mention...
I actually base my routine on the TGC theory, it helps a lot...

Hello fellow PE'ers, I just finished my third month of PE using Remeks routine..
My stats are in my signature...
After I used a one week decon break..I measured my unit after 3 months in stable PE...
However it looks like I have a problem in girth gains, its almost length gains...
Please leave comments/suggestions how to move on my plateau in girth?...
