(Really don't know if this is the correct section of the forums to be posting this thread, so i apologize if I've made it in the wrong place!)

Basically, I've been suffering with 'delayed ejaculation' since being with my first sexual partner two years ago. (I'm currently 18)

When with my first sexual partner, i basically never came to the point of orgasm with her, after hours it just became tiring. I was aroused and enjoying it, i just never seemed to reach orgasm no matter what we did.

I understand it is 100% a psychological problem as i can very easily control my ejaculation with masturbation and cum whenever i please, whether that be 1 minute, or an hour.

Basically, i do not want to go to the doctor as i believe i can solve it by myself. Currently i have decided to masturbate less frequently and only ejaculate about once a week. I have also forbid myself from ever using porn again as this can be a contributing factor to Delayed Ejaculation I hear? Any additional tips you can provide or methods of solving my problem would be GREATLY appreciated you have no idea!

Yes I had this and people don't understand how hard it can be. I did get over it but it took some time as i had little help or advice.

It really is a nightmare . I just hope i can overcome it like you have, i guess i just don't know the source of the problem?

I have exactly the same thing. I can get hard and I enjoy sex but I can't seem to come. Sex pretty much felt nothing. I also came to same conclusions as you. It's porn. My advice is to quit porn and limit masturbation to once a week (this is hard). However you'll see benefits eventually. Until I relapsed today, I had been off porn for 4 weeks. Yesterday I got hard just by looking at hands and boots of a fellow passenger in the subway. I was horny all the time. So doing away with porn will work, you don't have to quit masturbation.

Any tips Pegasus? Namely, I've tried to quit porn for about 5 months now but always relapsed at around 3 weeks. That's still pretty good progress so I'm thinking that I could be ready to try to have sex with a partner (who sadly would be an escort).

One issue I had was griping too hard during maeturbation and this took time to retrain. Anxiety was an issue for me

If you don't ejaculate for awhile ,you may be able to masturbate to ejaculation while she is there, even if you close your eyes and pretend she isn't fior a bit. This could start a process where you can then do it eyes open, then while she plays with your balls . Then just pull out mid sex and give it a few hits etc.
