I am currently aiming to go from my starting stats of 6" BPEL to 7" BPEL with any girth gains being a benefit as I am currently 5" MEG.
My routine is currently:
Monday: No PE with edging in the evening
Tuesday: Morning: 100 Jelqs in the shower.
Evening: 5-10 minutes rice sock,
12 minutes stretches (30 second hold, 30 rotating),
5-10 minute warm down
then 300-350 jelqs.
Wednesday: Morning: 100 jelqs in the shower.
Evening: Edging.
Thursday: Morning: 100 Jelqs in the shower.
Evening: 5-10 minutes rice sock,
12 minutes stretches (30 second hold, 30 rotating),
5-10 minute warm down
then 300-350 jelqs.
Friday: Morning: 100 jelqs in the shower.
Evening: Edging.
Saturday: Morning: 5-10 minutes rice sock,
12 minutes stretches (30 second hold, 30 rotating),
5-10 minute warm down
then 300-350 jelqs.
Sunday: Morning: 5-10 minutes rice sock,
12 minutes stretches (30 second hold, 30 rotating),
5-10 minute warm down
then 300-350 jelqs.
I aiming primarily to increase my length but as my limiting factor is smooth muscle, TGC theory, I am focusing a lot of energy on jelqs.
I also want to increase my general stamina and control so the edging days will also be the days where I do my 100% reverse kegel routine 6x10 second holds with 20x2 second holds in between.
My plan is to add an extra minute of stretching every two weeks (5 seconds added onto each hold), an extra 10 jelqs and an extra 5-10 minutes edging (starting with the aim to hit 20 minutes every time).
