    Hy guys,joined the forum recently...
    Started the JP90 routine 2 days ago just after when i found this beautiful site with good people who are always trying to help!
    The main reason i have started this log is to keep tracking my progress and to see how my development is going in the future.
    Like i said just started two days ago,today i am taking rest.I am on 2 days on one day of workout.I think this is the best way of workout to do for beginners-JP(ty!).Planning to go trought 90 days then measure result,after that i will be looking for some more exercise to add on my routine.This two days i been doing this routine has gone so good,feel my Johnny is in better shape already.Moorning wood is there as usual(never had problem with this-to young) and i can see my penis looks bigger in flaccid state.Erections are better,longer...but i have been doing towel raises one year know,just added some Kegels and it's getting better.

    My started size of penis when fully erected is-15.5cm.I want girth also but couldn't mesaured it properly.
    My goal is-18cm,and long term goal-20cm.

    I think i can go to 18 cm in one year,hope that is possible.

    DAY 3

    Today was the probably best workout i have made since i started.I know it's only been 3 days since but i finally understand v-jelq good enough to preform corectly.
    Take a nice long warm up-20 minutes
    Started with basic streches,holding just for 5-10 sec. each way.
    Did a couple of slow light jelqs just to warm up nice and good.

    Then begin the JP90 routine,hole routine was done for 1 hour...When i do jelqs i do half of them quick(1-2)sec. rest of them long(2-5)sec.
    I feel much better when i do quick jelqs,when i do slower my penis becomes flaccid.V-jelqs also(50% quickly,50% slow).Found that this works best for me by now.After the workout i have also repeated some basic streches.Then cooling down..
    After this i edge for about 30-40 min. I always ejaculate when i edge,hate this balooing thing

    Thats all for today,now gonna give my penis a day of from work
    Note:when i was doing v-jelqs i notice that i feel like i am going to cum is that normal?

    Taking a little time off beacuse i felt light pain in the glansProbably a week off until i feel that the pain is gone.

    Today i don't feel any pain.MW was good and my EQ is very nice.But still on vacation until Monday...

    It seems that Jp routine is little too much for me at this moment.Seriously thinking about quiting it for a while.I've been reading a lot and found some other routines but i think i will make my own routine for the beginning.Jp routine is great and only after a few days i could see diference in EQ,hardness,flaccid hang...But then i felt this small injury for over training my self so it has opened my eyes from now on.I don't want to injure mi self anymore
    On Monday i will start this type od routine just to condition my self a bit more:

    Warming up-10min.
    Streches-Standard streches(30sec. holds)+circle streches(10-15 sek one rep-10sets)-in between helicopter shakes
    Jelqs-Only standard O.K. jelq(10 min.) taking a pause after 50 reps for about 10-20 seconds(massaging penis while pause)
    Cooling down.

    Stickyng with two days on,one day off...
    When the time pass by i will be adding some more exercises to my routine such as v-jelq and by time will come to the JP routine just by adding them.

    Kegels-Thinking about doing them when streching,but i have been reading something about reverse kegels and i don't know is it ok to do them to or is to soon?I don't have problem with premature ejaculation so i am little bit confused about them(need advice about this).

    Know i am smarter bit more so i won't be using hard pressure on any of this excersises.I think that 2-3 weeks of this light routine is enough to start adding some more-like JP routine excersises.

    About edging:
    I masturbate every day since i can remember,thats too much.I will cut that to once a week or maybe two.Also porn is out for me for a while.

    Plsss-advice me about reverse kegels?Ty very much or in Croatian language-Hvala najljepša!

    No pain in the glans at all,but i feel pain it the right side of the tigh so i am scared little that i have pulled ligament so nothing until this goes away...
    Taking long showers helps a lot for me so sticking with it.Just doing reading of the forum and learning so many things will help in the future,hope this will go away soon so i can start pe again.Noticed some new strech marks on the tigh where the pain is but i feel like my skin pains not the ligaments.I have strech marks but they never hurt before this is new to me,don't quite undertand what is going on but everything is ok for now.Nothing intense to worry about...

    After some time i have spend reading forum i have decided to put pe on break for a while.I found something in edging with kegels and noticed i can get better erections and even more-lenght and girth.I've been edging a long time ago but now when i found about kegels it's just something else.Today i was doing edging with kegels and mesaured my johnny and i was very suprised with what i saw.Before my penis when fully erected was 15.5 cm long and today it was 16 cm.It seems that edging is for me doing well so i will stick with it.
    I have made a plan:
    Edging every other day plus kegels(rk and normal).
    As long as i can,i always lead my self with my own body feedback.Somedays i can't go over 15 minutes and somedays i can go over 40 minutes so i leave duration time of edging to feelings.
    My plan is to do this for a month from today and see the results.If i don't gain anything i am sure i will have better eq and penis health.If i gain it can only be better as a result.
    About Kegels-I don't count them as other just start with normal ones and as i get close to ponr i shoot at reverse kegels.I noticed that this gets me to1/3 of kegels and reverse kegels wich is fine by me and some other members of this forum.
    I will mesaure every time when i edge the goal is to always get to 16 cm when i edge and after a while go past that point.Wish me luck!

    Today edging-30 minutes.
    I could go longer but missed my ponr
    Hate this because i have mesaured my penis 16.3 cm today i think i could go even more to 16.5cm if i only had luck and didn't miss ponr.

    Today-edging only 15 minutes-16cm several times,16.3-4 cm once.
    Yesterday did two sessions one in the morning one in the night-1 hour both.
    Yesterday i have mesaured 16.4 cm several times but today girth has gone wild instead of lenght.
