10 minutes stretching (helicopter, left stretch, kegel 25 counts, helicopter, right stretch, kegel 25 counts) repeat twice

150 wet jelg
90 v jelg

10 warm down.

snooze XD

Start up measurement :

FLL: 7 cm FLG: 7cm
FLE: 11cm FLG: 11cm

Short term goal:.... none i will measure in 5 weeks and lets how it goes
