INTRO: Hey everyone! I found this forum back in December but I didnt join because I wasnt 18 yet. Im definitely new to PE but I have slightly over 3 months under my belt now. I was pretty skeptical at first but I soon realized that as long as I wasnt causing any damage, what did I have to lose by doing PE? Nothing. Even if it only increases erection quality and libido, I consider that a gain.

I always jelq before I stretch. I believe the stretch is better because my dick is more pliable.
5 on, 2 off is the perfect routine for me. My dick is completely refreshed after 2 days off.
I believe in slow progression and I plan on continuing with my current pace.
I measure every Saturday night to stay consistent. I measure every week to track routine effectiveness.
Warmdowns give me the best flaccid hang, so that is why I do them.
I take supplements: L-Arginine, L-Lysine, Zinc, Ginkgo Biloba, and Ginseng
I take pictures the last Saturday of my monthly routine.
(NOTE) on the pictures. I have not included my starter picture (January) because I was not 18 when it was taken.
No ruler or tape pictures. I cant seem to balance the camera and hold the ruler- pictures always come out blurry.
