When I was having sex and using it at the same time, I wasn't using it the way I describe in this thread. Only lying down and without thrusting, so I didn't see much benefit in lasting time during sex. I stopped having sex regularly when I switched up the edging routine.

I'm back at it fellas. Don't want to get into too much detail, but want to add that I've started stretching and massaging myself regularly in attempt to fix PE. For stretching, I do it 2-3 times daily, focusing on core and pelvis based stretches. For massaging, I just started it and completed the thigh massage yesterday. I alternate daily between thigh, glutes, abs, and pevlic floor massaging. I got this information from a book I read good things about, Amy Stein's Heal Pelvic pain.

7/22- 5 minutes, missionary, average speed
7/23- 5 minutes, missionary, average speed
7/24- 8 minutes, missionary, above average/fast speed

Welcome back, Alex. I was a follower of your thread, and then you were gone for a month or so. I edge with my hands now, and logically see Fleshlight as the next step to it. I you have sex one of these days, please let us know about your progress. Right now I am saving up some money to buy Fleshlight.

Anyways, I wish you luck and hope all your training transfers over to sex.

Skipped yesterday, back at it today.

7/25
Session 1- 5 minutes, missionary, average speed
Session 2- 8.5 minutes, missionary, fast/very fast speed

Stretched twice again today, and did the glutes (ass) massage today. I don't want to speak to early, but I think there's something to the massaging. The first session was after 1 stretch and I performed relatively poorly, but the second session was after the second stretch as well as after the massage. It was the exact same feeling I got after I did my first (thighs) massage where I can touch my penis anywhere in the middle of edging and there's no involuntary kegel or weird feeling, just a feeling of warmness. The results were also similar where I lasted more than 5 minutes easily, whereas every other session where I lasted 5 minutes AND it was harder to achieve. I could have very well lasted over 10 minutes if I thrusted at a more normal speed, and my lubricant was a bad batch as well which made it very sticky and harder to perform well. I'll keep you guys updated.

TLDR: massaging core areas has a 100% (but only 2 out of 2) success rate in lasting longer, reducing involuntary kegels.

Not a great session today. Maybe because today I massaged my abs, which don't really have much tension. I think the glutes/thighs massage works better. Tomorrow is the pelvic massage day, may go better.

I haven't used mine in a while, but this thread motivates me to get back into it. I plan on using it almost exactly as you have. I don't have the time to edge for 30+ minutes with my hand, so I figure the STU in the shower should be much more time effective. I can also easily do this everyday. I'd prob shower more often...

Do you ever ejaculate?

Ideally I wanted to only ejaculate by hand so I don't associate sex (fleshlight edging) with ejaculation. I stopped following that, I should probably get back to doing it that way though. I try to only ejaculate every couple days, around 2 if I'm edging regularly and 3-4 if not. Not ejaculating every fleshlight session definitely helps you last longer in the medium/long-run.

Do you use porn? I used to always use porn with it and I would last like 2 minutes maybe, now I am trying to get out of using porn.
