Thread: Start of Giant99's Journey
- 06-21-2012 #1
Hey,
This is the beginning of my journey. My initial measurements are:
BPFSL = 4.25"
FG = 3.75"
BPEL = 6"
EG = 4"
So far my exercise routine has just been what was described in the beginners section.
Warm-up
Stretch
Jelq
50 kegels
Just like it said, for the first week I'm taking a day in between. So today would be my rest day.
I just read JP90's beginners workout and I intend to start that tomorrow.
I start to get erect almost immediately, even thinking about PE. Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks for the support.

Hey good luck! I had that problem too at first. but then it eased off. Now it only happens if I grab the head too much when I jelq. It's good to know what turns you on, then you can use it or not depending on what exercise you do.

Just so everyone knows. I am also keeping a blog of my progress. You can find it: PEGym Forums - giant99 - Blogs
Thanks for all the support

Day 6
So I am now at Day 6. I did an intense routine the past couple of days. My circumcision scar has started to swell up. I'm not sure how to prevent this. Any help would be appreciated. I have been following JP90's beginner routine. So I decided that today would be another rest day to let the swelling subside.
I am still actively doing kegels and have found that I need to remind myself to relax my PC throughout the day. Is it normal to keep it slightly contracted?
Thanks

Day 7
Today felt better. I did the stretches then Jelqed for 15 minutes. Each week I think I will start lengthening the time of both stretching and jelqing. My circumcision scar still took to swelling. But it wasn't as bad and hasn't lasted nearly as long as the past few days. So overall I'm happy about the results. I've begun to notice a lower hanging flaccid length, which I find very exciting.

Day 8
So after having a bit of an accident. I had a blood vessel near the head of my glands pop. I have decided to wait till it is fully healed to continue PE. Not sure how long that will last. But I will keep you posted. Thanks for the support.

Restart - Day 1
So I took a little time off to let myself heal. Over the past week my erections were starting to return with increase of EQ. And the popped vessel returned to it's unpopped state (I'm not sure if that's word or not). So this morning I decided to just do the beginners routine. I plan on building up to JP90's again. I started off with a good 5 minutes of stretching followed with 10 minutes of alternating between 50 Jelq's and 50 V-Jelq's. I purposely didn't put very much pressure. My penis seemed to handle it well. I'm excited to get back to it. Since I could see the loss of the few gains I made in the first week.
That is why I am putting this down as restart-Day 1.

Restart - Day 2-3
It's been a good weekend. I have successfully done PE for 3 days now. I've been careful and light on pressure. I was able to increase time of Jelqing from 10 minutes, to 15 minutes on Saturday and 20 minutes today. It's been great. My penis feels good. There's no soreness or anything. I love how much it hangs lower after ward. The only thing I don't like is the way my glans rubs against my underwear. This is of course because I am circumcised. I will be working on foreskin restoration once I can save enough money to get the DTR. But everything is going well. And I'm starting to get more confidence in the way my body looks. I never thought before that it would be related to the way my penis looks but, I'm finding this journey is more for me then for anything else.

Restart - Day 4
It was a good PE workout this morning. I did the complete JP90 routine. My penis looks and feels much more pliable. To me this means that it's starting to get used to doing PE.

Restart - Day 5
Everything is going well. I didn't have as much time as normal today. So I just did 10 minutes of jelq instead.
