Day 11) Did JP90 felt good, but everytime i do the circle stretches i keep getting higher than a 30% erection which in jp90 it says you should be less than 30%. Also i did gain a little bit When I measured yesterday but only by really 1/8th in everything and some 1/16ths except NBPEl where i gaines 1/4th an inch which is good.

Day 15)I have noticed that I will be able to do jp90 still everyother day where as before I thought I wouldnt be able to do it for like3 days. Today went good and like I said the other day I feel bigger everytimeI do jp90.

Day 19) Again like 17 I could only do the stretches, I am going to measure tomorrow and hope for some gains. I will be back on track on Monday.

So..I measured today and I got smaller in everything but bpsfl and gained 1/16in in bpel which con.fuses me unless I measured wrong before.

I think the key is not to keep measuring every few days. Surely you will be just measuring ligament stretch and not growth? Hence the quick changes.

Day 21) Felt good to be back to doing jelqing again not just stretching, I will do jp 90 tomorrow too to make up for not doing it while at my friends also after my day off I will do it twice in a row for the same reason.

Day 22)Felt good and I have decided to change my routine to a 5:2 days on days off except I will do kegels every other day as I have read up saying you shouldn't do kegels more than 4 times a week. Also to give the muscle a rest instead of kegeling every day and fatiguing that muscle. I was just wondering from anyone who did jp90 if you think thats a good idea?
