    starting (April 22 2009): BPEL: 6.5 inches, EG: 4.9 inches


    routine
    10 min warm up

    2 sets of basic stretch held for 45 seconds
    2 sets of flacid bends held for 45 seconds
    1 Internal strech for 1 minute
    1 uli for 1 minute
    250 kegels
    8 minutes of basic jelqing.

    this is really my 3rd month of PE, I started really just with 30 second stretches, jelqs and kegals, and have gradually added in a couple more exercises and added some time to my reps. I need to start a log cause I haven't seen any progress trying to record it all in my head so I wanna keep my mesurments written down. Any tips would be appreciated

    also i plan on measuring every month

      I ended up taking a week off recently due to being really busy then too tired to bother. I'm getting back into my routine now, with a quick reinto period of short streches and jelqs

              also I've noticed that my dick has been getting harder when erect with lots of blood in the head, also my orgasms are much better and I cum a lot harder and a lot more.

                was on vacation for two weeks so I also took it as time off from my routine. It tried to do small streches everyday whenever I was in the bathroom and I also did lots of kegels while I was sitting. I'm going back with a more aggressive routine now : 75 second uli, 2 sets of 60 second long stretches, 2 sets of 60 second long flaccid bends, 1 75 second internal stretch, 15 min of jelqs and 300-500 kegels

                        i've not done ANY real PE for probably a little less then a month. I will be starting a new routine tonight:
                        day 1 (length focus)
                        2 set 60 second stretches (set is 3 stretches, forward left right)
                        1 set of "helicopters" (set is 10 rotations clockwise, 10 counter clockwise)
                        5 30 second internal stretches
                        15 min of jelqs

                        day 2 (girth focus)
                        2 set of 60 second flaccid bends ( set is 3 stretches, forward left right)
                        1 75 second uli
                        20 horse squeeze

                        Mesurments (using new ruler, and will be using cm now on)
                        EL= 17.5 cm
                        eg 13 cm

                              impressive size already.

                              Stay on a structured routine and be consistent. Sometimes it feels like a burden, but you can do it! It takes some practice. But you'll get used to it.
                              Starting stats: October 15th, 2008 - NBPEL: 6.25' EG: 5.00'

                              Current stats October 15th, 2009 - (100% erection) NBPEL: 7.20' EG: 5.375'
