    Starting:

    BPEL: 7.5
    NBPEL: 7.1
    FL: 4.8
    EG: 5.8
    EQ: 7

    Routine:

    10 minute shower warm-up.
    10 minute strech.
    20 minute bed fowfers.
    20 minute edging.
    100 Jelq.
    50 V-Jelq.
    10 minute shower warm-down.
    30 minute meditation i.e. I imagine doing the excercises in my mind - I'm hoping that this experiment will be a main stay of my routine.


    Goal:

    BPEL: 9
    NBPEL: 8.5
    EG: 6.5
    FL: 6
    EQ: 10

    Miscellaneous:

    Penile excercises 3-4 times a week.
    Partial Erectile Dysfuction.
    No pornography.
    General Bulking Routine: 3-4 times a week.
    7-8 hours sleep a night.

    Current:

    BPEL: 7.5
    NBPEL: 7.1
    FL: 5.1
    EG: 5.9 Feel much thicker.
    EQ: 7.5 - Lost morning wood.
    All my gains aer most likely through a greater erection quality.

    Routine:

    10 minute shower warm-up.
    10 minute strech. I've also added in streches throughout the day. I'm slowing building upon the length and intensity of the streches. For the past two days I've only done < five minutes.
    20 minute bed fowfers.
    20 minute edging. For the past two routines I've been able to achieve < 10 minutes. On each occasion I've came after edging - might go for 20 minutes and not cumming to see if my 'horniness' increases.
    100 Jelq. Done about 50 jelq a day at around 20-50% erection.
    50 V-Jelq.
    10 minute shower warm-down.
    30 minute meditation i.e. I imagine doing the excercises in my mind - I'm hoping that this experiment will be a main stay of my routine.

    Miscellanous:

    Penile excercises - Completed two routines so far. I'm going to slowly build up the intensity and length of the excercises.
    Partial Erectile Dysfuction. Lost morning wood. I tried to engage in the act of sexual intercourse but failed to maintain an erection. I have no idea what to do about this.
    No pornography - I've looked at pornography once and got bored of it for somereason. However, I did read some erotica and get harder and was able to create mental images in my mind. My plan is to read some erotica to get me turnt on and then stop reading to see if this means that I'm more horny'
    General Bulking Routine: I started to go back to the gym and did two days of lower body and upper body routine. I fasted for three days and felt bad for it.
    7-8 hours sleep a night. Only been able to achieve 5 hours a night and it has been getting to me.
    Need to stop using 'I'.
    When I cum, it squirts about 4-5ft across the room!
