    I will be bigger, healthier, harder, and last longer even if it takes the rest of my life to do it.

    I am doing:

    Warm up 10 minutes in hot bath
    Beginners Stretch( U,D,L,R,Center, with 25 Kegals and 10 left and right circles for each)
    90 V-Jelqs non stop
    150 Regular Jelqs non stop
    7/11/12 added clamping 10 minutes while edging
    08/08/12 changed routine to 5 minutes of clamping 1st on day then 10 minutes pumping 2nd on day of the week. Seems safer after injury.

    The frequency of these workouts is based solely on how my penis feels, I may go for two days and take two off, may go for three and take one off. I am mainly letting my penis decide when it wants to be exercised. I never workout if I am already sore.

    Injured myself 7/31/12 as a result of clamping too often/jar jelqing device. Symptoms were numbness and cold feeling on left side. I took one week off to heal.

    My gains are unreal to me!



    5/01/14 Back on JP90 followed by my ESL40 as an ADS.

    5/30/14 I am feeling way heavier compared to when I first started, I have to remember to take a day off, but so far my penis isn't really telling me to. I have a way better hang lately, due in great part to using an ADS. One of my biggest goals in PE is actually making the conversion from "grower" to "shower". I feel like I am well on my way.

    After a month back from taking a huge break, I am feeling some newbie gains creeping in. My stats don't look so impressive as far as gains, but I wish I would have measured before I started back up again. Oh well, there is always next month to compare it to.

    Back to PE as I bought the phallosan Forte. A few measurements initially 6.25 bpel, 4.25 meg,

    My plan is to use the phallosan for a few weeks, and reintroduce some light clamping when I get used to the stretch.
