    Hello, I'm a fairly new guy to this world of PE and here I am going to start my progress log, I hope I don't bother you.
    Well, to be honest, I started on the June 20th 2012 and did JP's for 3 weeks, then I strained a muscle in my leg and had to stop. During that break I studied a little bit and found out I had been doing the v-jelqs all wrong (pulling my penis down with my hand over it...) and I decided to restart the routine, with some changes. I restarted on Monday, July 16th and did:
    - 5 minutes of warm up with hot water:
    - 20 spins for each side (cockwise and anticlockwise) [I can't do helicopters anticlockwise];
    - stretching to the left, 25 quick kegels;
    - 10 big circles while stretching (clockwise and anticlockwise);
    - 20 spins;
    - stretching to the right, 25 quick kegels;
    - 10 big circles while stretching (clockwise and anticlockwise);
    - repeat the 6 steps above for the downwards, outwards and upwards direction;
    - 5 minutes of jelqing;
    - 3 minutes of v-jelqing;
    - 5 minutes of warm down with hot water.
    In between stretching sessions I leave the hot water run on my penis for some seconds to loosen it and to lose the potential erection.

    What do you think?



    July 17th:
    I was dumb and did too much edging today and I am too sore to do the routine today, some hot water and I'll do it tomorrow.

    July 18th, 2012: well, today I've decided to quit pornography. how odd what something that seems so innocuous can be so devastating, well now I know why my grades were so poor and why when I try to study my brain seems to be like a net: everything goes in and out without leaving a trace. Well, if anyone has ideas about this, I'm open to your thoughts and suggestions!

      I know this is a progress log. But i hope you will let me ask a question here or i can remove it later and send you a pm.
      1. Doesn't it say around 8 - 10 min warm up with hot wash cloth?
      2. Shouldn't you have circle stretch after left,right,out,up stretch?

      answer to july 18th: your focusing problem could be fixed by turning the computer off and go to a room where there is no computers, and take a lot of notes has you read

          Ok, I'll try, but the issue is that my teachers send me all the subjects through the internet...
          I don't quite understand your question about the circles.
          About the warm up, since I am not applying a lot of stress to my penis 5 minutes should be enough, however, I will start doing a longer warm up, perhaps it will help me.

              The circle like holding the pull and strech out and make big circle while pulling penis outwards, around 10 big circle stretch to left and 10 to right?
              and longer warm up should help i think.

                I do those after the -stretch+kegel-.

                  July 19th 2012:
                  Today I woke up with a good erection, and that was really satisfying! Also yesterday after I ended my routine it felt quite relaxed and was hanging quite well and somewhat low.
                  After I finished the workout I did 10 minutes of bed fowfers (5 minutes for each side).
                  I have a question: when I did my stretches I pulled the foreskin back and tried grabbing behind the glans, however this led to a "squeezing" of it, but I really felt I was stretching the inner part of my penis, will the outcome of this be good (no loss in glans volume and penile growth) or will this be bad ( growth but with a shrinkage of the glans)?

                    I do not think you have to worry about the squeezing problem, i have the same problem what i do is have a tighter grip around the glans.
                    There should not be any loss in glans, because your doing wet jelq and forcing blood to the penis head.
                    (please note me on this if i am wrong anyone?)

                      Yesterday the workout went well, though I couldn't keep my penis at a decent level of erection for the v-jelqs.
                      Hey, about bed fowfers, are they supposed to help healing and regenerating? So they shouldn't hurt or be uncomfortable, correct?

                          July 21st 2012:
                          I have been noticing a light achiness on my penis the day after my routine, and so yesterday I applied less pressure on my penis, however today I got no morning wood, which has become something normal, and there is less achiness on my penis. Today I read that that achiness was a positive PI...
                          Furthermore, does anyone have the following problem: when I v-jelq I have no idea how much pressure I should apply, and I think I am applying too much pressure since I feel a slight pain on the sides of my penis when I v-jelq. Replies are welcome.

                            Ah, yes, since I am leaving questions and doubts here I would like to have answers to them. It is only fair, since I have left answers to many people, and it seems awkward that nobody tries to help me, is it something about me? I would love to know why people simply refuse to help me.
