Hello, I'm a fairly new guy to this world of PE and here I am going to start my progress log, I hope I don't bother you.
Well, to be honest, I started on the June 20th 2012 and did JP's for 3 weeks, then I strained a muscle in my leg and had to stop. During that break I studied a little bit and found out I had been doing the v-jelqs all wrong (pulling my penis down with my hand over it...) and I decided to restart the routine, with some changes. I restarted on Monday, July 16th and did:
- 5 minutes of warm up with hot water:
- 20 spins for each side (cockwise and anticlockwise) [I can't do helicopters anticlockwise];
- stretching to the left, 25 quick kegels;
- 10 big circles while stretching (clockwise and anticlockwise);
- 20 spins;
- stretching to the right, 25 quick kegels;
- 10 big circles while stretching (clockwise and anticlockwise);
- repeat the 6 steps above for the downwards, outwards and upwards direction;
- 5 minutes of jelqing;
- 3 minutes of v-jelqing;
- 5 minutes of warm down with hot water.
In between stretching sessions I leave the hot water run on my penis for some seconds to loosen it and to lose the potential erection.

July 17th:
I was dumb and did too much edging today and I am too sore to do the routine today, some hot water and I'll do it tomorrow.
