    Today was my first day of exercising.
    The routine was:
    10 minute warm up
    10 minutes of jelqing
    5 minutes of basic stretching
    and 3 sets of 20 kegels
    I just wanted to ask how many times to exercise through the first weeks ( 2 or 3 times)?

    you could do like 2 days exercise then 1 day of then 2 days again ?
    Or you could do 5 days on exercise and 2 days of.

    You should start with a beginner's routine, https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...t-growing.html, and after the 90 days of it either choose an intermediate routine or make your own. Please follow this routine!

    MSEG: 12.5cm (4.92")aprox
    Current(28/July/2013)
    BPEL:19.9cm(7.83")/NBPEL:17.5cm (6.89")
    MSEG:12.7cm (5.00")
    Current goal:NBPEL:20cm(7.87")
    MSEG:14cm(5.51")
